Appearance:
Tall and rugged Varisian man, by his features, with deep brown eyes and black hair. He wears the clothes of the nomadic Varisian clans peeking out and accenting his hide armor in the style of the hunters near Wartle and Whistledown. His clothes run the gamut of blues contrasting with the earth tones. He carries large wooden shield painted with the symbol of Desna. His kit and clothes are cut for travel and show evidence of his travels throughout the region. His wide belt which bears his mace and star knife is chased with Shonti patterns. His shoulders are wrapped with a scarf.

History:
Cade has enjoyed the life or travel and freedom few know. He was raised in a nomadic Varisian clan, the Mendivesh. Cade loved the stories of faith and dedicated himself to the teachings of Desna even from a young age not that the dogma of Desna demands much. He loved the stories as a boy and now a grown man shares them around the fire himself when the opportunity presents itself. As he grew he served as a healer among the outriders and hunters of the caravan. 5 summers back he remained behind in Magnimar when the caravan visited.

He served in the temple of Magnimar when asked by the local church to remain. He grew somewhat withdrawn after being away from the open road but continued to serve as best he could. The more sedentary life did not suit his personality. He at first put on weight with no travel and relatively less danger of city life. He did not have the dedication or will to practice as soldiers do. Still he made friends with some of the town guards and practiced with them so as to keep his skills with a mace up. When the opportunity arose he lept at any chance to be on the road again. His superiors though will miss him. They have seen his abilities wither in stagnation. They hope he can reconnect with the carefree youth that came to them 5 summers back. For this reason he was given the chance to travel to Sandpoint for the dedication of the new cathedral. He knows he will be missed in Magnimar but the road has made him happy again. Perhaps Desna has something more for him. The open road has been a tonic to him. Those whom he has made the journey with chuckle at the changes in his demeanor. He laughs louder, his stories hold greater attention around the fire.
