I've ordered 2 Pathfinder Collector Pins : Pathfinder logo CLASSIC (1st edition) and received 2 Playtest Pins.

I've receveid my order some days ago.
The parcel was ok, but inside I've discovered some broken minis.
All the minis were in only one single simple bag, without individual protections.

As you can see in the picture((I can send it again)):
- the "Degenerate serpentfolk" base is broken.
- one arm of the "Lamasthu cultist" is missing (it is not in the bag or in the entire parcel).
- the crystal of the "Clockwork reliquary" is full of finger prints (made by glue, I can't remove it).

Could you do something, please ?
