About Bur the Gravedigger

From the time Bur was young he was employed to dig. Death not being uncommon in crowded demi-human societies, Bur decided that he would dig graves. For years Bur would just go collect bodies and take them to the graveyard to bury. In his free time he would work on making coffins and head stones for the people whose families cared enough, or had enough money, for the buried. The towns folk all knew him by the squeak of his cart as he pondered down the roads gathering the dead. After years of being around dead Bur developed a special bond between them, almost of they were his friends. The power finally manifested itself when Bur brought one of the dead back to life. Astounded Bur worked on his new gift honing his skills and testing its limits. Finally Bur decided to use his life saving to see the world with his new friend and bought his special Undead license. Meeting up with a group of new adventures he set off determined to show his new friend the world.
