Sense motive +2, Diplomacy +9 Had intended to cast resistance on as many people as there was time for. Based on others' prep, I'm guessing two. Feel free to change that if it doesn't work. While the rest of the party prepares, Bundle imbues himself and the closest person with resistance. Pretty sure that was Mel before he rushed into the room. Bundle stares in shock at the aftereffect of the sound. Hearing someone yell about healing, he shakes himself loose and steps forward to lay a trembling hand on Muir. Sense motive +2, Diplomacy +9 Bundle moves carefully towards the sounds of fighting. Seeing Kels hurt, he mumbles some words of healing and reaches out his hand. cure light wounds: 1d8 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6

Sense motive +2, Diplomacy +9 Bundle's eyes well up on seeing the distress of the captives. He steps to the middle of the small room and, bowing his head, begins to exude positive energy. Channel energy is 1d6 in a 30ft burst. Do I roll separately for each person?

Sense motive +2, Diplomacy +9 Not sure about placement since we're out of combat. There's no way for him to catch up to Muird but I'm not sure how much closer to put him

Sense motive +2, Diplomacy +9 "I am not sure it will help" Bundle responds smiling, "But you are welcome to it." Bundle casts resistance on Mel Turning, eyes widening with horror at the bloody footprint, Bundle starts running after Muird (as much as the terrain and his armor will allow) yelling, "Wait! Wait, I can fix you!" Bundle only has low-light vision and for some reason didn't bring torch

Sense motive +2, Diplomacy +9 Bundle shakes himself out of his stupor. People had been talking, again, what had they been saying? Something about a trap and some runes? Oh, so a puzzle... with teeth. He was way out his element. He glances down the ravine just now noticing that the elf... what was his name? Oh yes, Mel... Mel had reached the bottom and was opening a chest of some sort. Something else I'm no good at, glad I have capable companions then He looks around, trying to find some way to help, and spots the dwarf. Wandering over, he asks, "umm, I don't suppose you wrote anything down about this door? Like on a par... parch.. hmm... paper of some sort? Or a book?"

Sense motive +2, Diplomacy +9 Bundle steps further into the cave, his stubby legs working hard to try and keep up with his longer limbed (and less burdened) companions. Finding himself unable to reach the forward group safely, he he utters a few words of protection and swirls a tiny cloak imbuing himself with magical energy. Bundle casts resistance on himself, since there isn't much for him to do until the room clears a bit

Sense motive +2, Diplomacy +9 Bundle was nodding solemnly as the Venture-Captain and the Librarian were speaking. He was having a hard time keeping up. Sommat about a Dwarf who got lost? And a pearl? Are we spos'd to bring the pearl to the Dwarf? Then what? When the orcs explained what was going on, Bundle nodded in comprehension. Although an understanding nod was only marginally different than a confused one. But then what? Now, voices whisper softly in his mind. Frowning suddenly in consternation, Bundle raises his hand in question and asks, "So, color me confused. I get that we're gonna help this dwarf find his granddaddy's old house, and thas nice. And's nice that we're returnin' his stolen stuff. But then what? We just come back here and let you know where it is? What for? What happens to the dwarf and his things?" Looking to the wall as if trying to find extra words on it, he continues, "I don't want to cast... 'spertions on no one. But there's some parts of our 'ciety that don't play nice. And maybe they won't take what isn't theirs, but maybe the stuff in this Galry is really nice. And maybe the nicer it is the more jus'fiction they have for just taking it." Another pause, "I guess what I'm asking is, what's all this for? I mean, me, I'd do this just 'cause it needs doing. But what does the 'ciety hope to get from this?" Bundle takes his hand down. Everyone else probly knows this already. He probly said it in all those words when he started. But hearing them talk is better than hearing those other voices. |
