In this world, there are people who would give up anything to achieve their goals, right down to their own life. Some will go one step further and give up their afterlife as well, selling their souls in exchange for a bit of earthly pleasure. But for all the riches, acclaim, and influence you can get up above, not one bit of it comes with you when you pass on. And for most who sell their souls, the only reward they end up with is an eternity of damnation. But you, on the other hand, might just get a second chance. When the devil you made a pact with finds himself in a bind with no options left, he turns to the only warriors he has left: the damned souls in his possession. In return for your temporary servitude, he offers you a second chance at life on the material plane. Quite the tempting offer, but can you really trust the word of a devil? More importantly, do you even have a choice? This is a Pathfinder First Edition game, running from levels 7-10 on the Fast Advancement track. Intended to be a combination of Suicide Squad and Dante’s Inferno, the game will focus more on combat and roleplay than it will puzzles or exploration. The game will mostly take place on the Paizo forums but Roll20 will be used as the virtual tabletop when necessary. Other important details:

Had a cool idea for an adventure and wanted to see if anyone was interested. Basic concept goes like this: The party sold their souls to a contract devil sometime in the past, and now they're all dead and in Hell. The devil, having recently lost a large portion of his minions in a fight against the servants of a good god, comes to the party with a deal: if they do a few "favors" for him, he'll resurrect them. The story will revolve around them on a "Suicide Squad" type of mission. It would go from levels 5-8 on the fast XP progression, and any house rules or homebrew classes can be discussed after players are chosen. So, anyone interested?
Hi! I'm a new DM looking to get some practice DMing. I figured play by post would be great since I don't have a very flexible schedule yet. The adventure is Lachlan Winter's The Fiendish Felon, converted from D&D 5e to Pathfinder 1st edition. The basic set up is as follows:
Ideally I would like to run this adventure, it's sequel, and beyond if the party is up for it, although I understand if they can't. A few basics:
So, with all that in mind: anyone interested? |
