Brother Sepheren is jaded beyond his years. His first major battle was the penetration of Golgotha's great walls. Before this battle, he was a bright young Apothecary who recently finished his training beneath Sanguinary Priest Zorael, still assigned to his squad. But that day, amongst the cannons and blood and screams, that Sepheren died, leaving another in his place. One that knew what battle really was. One that was strong enough to give his mentor the final mercy when the Rage seized him. One skilled enough to keep his entire squad alive through this bloodbath of an assault. And thus was Sepheren brought to the Deathwatch's attention.
Sepheren is a cold man, firm in the knowledge that, should the situation demand it, he would let anyone die to insure that the mission succeeds. He has a minor fixation on his own purity, for if the medic falls there is no one to keep the squad alive. He also has more than a passing interest in finding a cure for the Black Rage, considering it the greatest weakness that needs to be excised.
