I'm happy to leave it there.

I'll definitely be running a 2e game at some point. I was looking at the Age of Lost Omens setting book and getting some ideas. But I should probably at least attempt to restrain myself to finishing up a campaign or two before then. After Rise I'll be keen to have a crack at Return of the Runelords. Against the Aeon Throne is the only other campaign thats even close to finishing.

Having already identified the one associated with fire Scipio places the elemental gem into it and watches the runes glow. "Now we just have three more..."

Unless that fire elemental drops this round I think we're in serious trouble. Scipio has one healing spell left... I say we ride it out and what happens happens. Three characters instead of five is a bit though to compensate for when you don't know the system so well.

You're doing a good job Decimus but this adventure is tougher than the last one and we're going at it with less characters. If we do survive this encounter perhaps we could level the characters up... it's not like they're accepting feed back for the playtest anymore.
