Appearance
Stocky and well built, Brayden is still coming into his full size and currently stands a bit shy of 6', with longer brown hair and the beginning of a beard. His sturdy frame belies a natural agility, and he is quick to react in times of trouble. Generally garbed in dark leather trousers, a simple shirt with sleeves rolled up and a leather vest, Brayden feels most at home with an axe in his hands.

Personality
A young lad that has spent a majority of his life in the logging settlement of Graytree Hollow, Brayden is a rather uncomplicated man. Neither outgoing nor a loner, Brayden prefers the company of a few trusted friends to the hustle and bustle of city life. He takes pride in the work he does, and his attempt to provide for his family, but has little concerns about right and wrong, or law and order.

Background
Life was rather unremarkable for Brayden. The son of a woodcutter, he grew up in the quiet logging village of Graytree Hollow. Sharing the physical attributes of his father even from a young age, it was clear that brayden would be a capable logger. He also showed an aptitude for learning, and so his father apprenticed him to a smith in his tenth year. With the blessing of his mother's diety, Feronia, the Fertile Flame, Brayden showed a knack for the hammer and anvil. Unfortunately, when his mother passed during his 14th year, his father turned to the bottle, leaving Brayden to provide for his siblings.

Brayden took on the family business, working on a lumber team and sending logs down river to the city. He worked hard, and grew more into a man with each passing year. That is, until They came for him. See, Brayden's father had become jealous of Brayden, who had become the stand up man his dad had once been. And so, he cashed in on the opportunity to rid himself of his 'troublesome' son. Now, Brayden is off, to serve, in only god knows what...
