So how long do I give it to arrive, its up to 14 days from time you all marked it has shipped (9 business days). Normally the package arrives within the 5 to 7 days from time it shipped. So when would you consider that there is a problem with the package?

Place this order in APril for for 4 of Necromancer Games Satuarday Night Specials Print/PDF combos plus Dungeon Crawl Classic 35A and have not receive the physical books yet!! More have I been told that it been delayed so what the story?? When can I expect to get these items?? They were to be bundle with my Adventure Path subscription but one subscription was deliveried with out them (shipped on 5-13-2015) and I see next subscription but these item have not been added to the shipping??

I place an order on Tuesday in the Side Cart to be shipped with my subscription. I noticed that the price in the side cart has not change to the sale price. Can you adjust the price to current sale price.

Item in question is Pathfinder Chronicles: Guide to Korvosa (OGL) price in cart current in $15.29 but current sales price is $3.00.

Purchased K1 through K7 of Frog God Games adventure modules (Print/PDF Bundle). Placed in cart got my Pathfinder Advantage Discount. Proceeded to check out and applied the Paizo 12th Anniversary Sale! 10% and discount of 11.61 was reflected. Placed my order and was charge charged correctly $104.44. Shipping to be charged at time actually shipped (plus I got the First Ten Shipping discount). Looking at the order yesterday I see that the Paizo 12th Anniversary Sale discount was gone (it there but has not give a 10% discount on my order) and my credit card has been charged for the discount. Can someone please explain what happen?? Note customer service has been sent an e-mail on Monday with the above issue.
