About Bjork Skycleaver

Bjork stands as something of a black sheep among his clan. He's by no means dishonorable or embarrassing, but he lacks the Skycleaver brand of ingenuity. While the bulk of his clan focuses on reaching the stars, intent on claiming the literal Sky in the name of Dwarves everywhere, Bjork focuses on far simpler matters. What he lacks in engineering passion and know-how, he more than makes up for in martial skill with his patent pending Skycleaver Flying Axe Technique, and oddly approachable demeanor. While he's no diplomat, Bjork is almost always jolly and friendly, if a bit awkward and lacking in tact.

Working as a hired axe, Bjork goes where the work takes him, favoring jobs that allow him to travel far afield to see new sights and meet new people. Having found himself in Goka after a long list of meandering jobs, Bjork caught wind of the impending Ruby Phoenix Tournament, as well as the cheating that happened a decade before. Never one to pass up a bit of friendly competition, or a chance to put cheaters in their place, he's dead-set on joining the tournament.
