About Bava the Barroom Brawler

Bava grew up in Grand Sarret, Jalmeray first learning the way of the monk, then studying at the Conservatory to become a bard. He spent more time fighting and carousing than he did studying however, and eventually was kicked out of both, but because of his mixed heritage he picked up a few skills nonetheless. This caused him to start traveling around a bit, first in Jalmeray, then to Absalom.

Bava has always been friendly, with hearty laughs and generous coffers (what little he ever has) and he just enjoys fighting and drinking and wants to bring that joy to others. After nearly killing someone in a barroom brawl, however he sought out some extra training to learn to pull his punches better.

Between his training and barroom escapades he's learned a variety of useful skills, which was recognized when he found himself in The Wounded Wisp one time brawling with Marcos Farabellus. The Master of Swords was impressed with Bava's good nature (as he bought everyone a round afterwords), leadership abilities, perceptiveness, and unorthodox fighting style.
