About Baron Sandu Randa

Baron Sandu Randa, son of the late Baron Horatiu Randa (a very, very minor noble from Varno county in Usalav) prides himself on being quick. He's quick on his feet, quick to volunteer his services to those in need, quick with a witty reply, quick to fall in, and then out, of love, and quick to change his mind on most anything.

Sandu spent most of his formative years (and perhaps a few too many past his formative years) at the University of Lepidstadt. He was accept into the university at a young age, and found that he loved the environment so much that he nearly refused to leave. He threw himself so fully into every aspect of the culture, and he has the scar on his face to prove it.

After traveling quite a distance to listen to Professor Petros Lorrimor give a talk on the history of Ustalavic nobility during his studies at Lepidstadt, Sandu was quick to invite the professor to a local tavern after the talk for continued conversational stimulation. They talked for hours that night, and continued close correspondence afterwards, often discussing the minutia of Ustalavic noble life. When he heard the professor had died, Sandu had no choice but travel at once to Ravengro to pay his respects.
