I thought I canceled my subscription previously but just got an email about order 4313861, could I get both canceled if at all possible, thanks.

I completed these orders near the end of June and it shows under the status that they are complete, but it wasn't shipped out and i wasn't charged yet either. I was wondering if its something on my end or if the order was just never pushed through.
