Thanks for the online game offer, but I only have an M1 iPad Pro. I heard Roll20 does not work well on iPad OS; therefore, I’m stuck with gaming in person. My local RPG shop has regular games on Wednesdays. Finding a group there might be an option. I’ve never needed a traditional computer; my workflow runs best on Apple’s tablet. I’m one of those weird writers who likes digital keyboards, plus my movies look great on its 12.9 inch screen. Pair all that with Apple Books and it’s a winner — for me, anyway. Maybe Roll20 will make an app in the future. Fingers crossed!
Howdy, folks. I’m new to RPGs and this community; therefore, I thought an introduction was needed. My name is Atomic Blue Supernova and I’m an aspiring author of science-fiction/horror. Wildlife conservation is my passion, and my favorite animal is Canis Lupus — commonly known as the gray wolf. My hobbies include playing video games, watching films and listening to their soundtracks, creative writing, hiking the wilderness, and reading good science-fiction. I also collect tiki mugs and Swedish-made hatchets. I have always wanted to learn tabletop RPGs, so when Humble Bundle offered Starfinder for a reasonable price, I bought the game. At the moment, I’m using the Beginner Box PDF to learn the rules, as my physical copy has been mailed to me — or soon will be. Starfinder looks like a game I could immerse myself in for years, and I anticipate this will happen. Anyhow, I’ll see you folks around the forums, and I look forward to making new friends! PS: I wanted my avatar to reflect my favorite alien species, the Vlaka. However, I couldn’t find these wolf-dudes in the available options. Maybe I’m overlooking them, maybe not.
