Aspros moves in as well, ready to lash out at the first enemy he sees with a lunging bite.

Bite Attack: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (18) + 1 = 19
Damage: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5

Aspros snarles again and again through the slits of its nose, moving to a different angle as it coils and launches forward to dip his fangs now into the Sergeant's flank.

Bite Attack: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (11) + 2 = 13
Damage: 1d8 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 2 = 10

Meanwhile, Mavro stands back towards the door in front of Gunter, folding his arms and staring disapprovingly at his creature's incompetence.

I forgot to mention that with my Summoner's Call feat: "Whenever you summon your eidolon, it is more powerful for a brief period of time. You may give it a +2 enhancement bonus to its Strength, Dexterity, or Constitution. This bonus lasts 10 minutes after the summoning ritual is complete." I'll be putting that +2 into strength

Hardly listening to his master, Aspros straightens out his tail and lunges forth across the stone floor to bite at the heels of the first guard. Aspros also has reach so he''l be a bit farther away.

Damage: 1d8 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 2 = 9

But in his fury, Aspros's attack misses completely.

The summoned creature is a monster, a hideous white snake with glowing red eyes. Its tail whips back and forth as it lifts its fanged jaw up to Mavro's chest level.

"Well then," it says to Mavro in pitch perfect common, "It'sssss been awhile. What happened? I thought you'd tripped an fallen belly up somewhere where the snakesss'd get'ya."

The snake turns around, appearing like it's sniffing the air. "Andssss Furthermore, whensss do I get to eat?"

"Later, Mavro says, as he turns back around and moves back to the group."
