Arthur West is a rather quiet man who works as Porter's librarian, maintaining the small trove of books the odd little community has accrued over the years.

A close relative of the infamous Herbert West of the Miskatonic University Incident, the young scholar settled in the quiet town of Porter, as far from the intrigue as possible.

This attempt at avoiding such hearsay has seemingly been for naught. Strange articles in old town newspaper archives and odd sounds during the darkest hours of the night have been more frequent as of late...
