Arthur is obviously unskilled at flying, and can't orient himself the way he'd like. Taking a rather unconventional shot, as if he were leaning very far back in a oversized chair and firing between his feet, he aims for whatever openings in her armor that he sees.

Ranged Attack: +1 Axe-Musket | touch if within 30 ft: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (4) + 9 = 13

Carry Rules and useful tables

When under a heavy load a speed of 100ft becomes 70ft and your max dex bonus, as from armor, becomes +1 and you get a -6 check penalty, as like an armor check penalty, and your run action only is x3 movement. It never mentions movement types, even under the fly skill entry.

Arther looks in his ammo pouch, and then at the swarm of orcs in the village below. after some quick arithmetic he shouts: "I didn't bring enough bullets for the whole village. We only care about that stolen airship, right?"

Gesturing to the canine swirl of mist and sparks, Arther asks Owen "Can that thing carry me to the deck of the other ship?" 245 lbs "I've just had an idea that I expect they are not expecting.". A nervous smile betrays Arthers self-imposed confidence.

Arther peers down the barrel of his firearm. Following the flight of one of the Valkerie carefully, he takes a moment to line up his shot. "one hit is better than two misses," his old firearm instructor used to say "...except in the bedroom o'course".

"Gotcha!" he shouts, finding his shot. Arther pulls he trigger and is axe-musket makes a smug BOOM.

How do you want us to deal with ranged attacks? things like range increment penalties, touch/not touch firearm attacks, point blank shot applying, etc. Should we just include all the possible conditional modifiers or ignore it?

I was reminded that the Beneficial Bandoleer makes reloading a swift action, so I'm considering getting one when I can and retraining my Rapid Reload feat eventually. What do you think?
