Overwhelming Magic: Some elves obsess over the fundamentals of magic, training for decades to add layers of potent spellwork before they ever begin practicing true spells. This builds a foundation that makes their magic increasingly difficult to resist. These elves gain Spell Focus as a bonus feat. This racial trait replaces elven magic and weapon familiarity

Shadow Spells (Su)

At 1st level, a shadowcaster uses his shadow to prepare additional spells. He must spend his entire period of spell preparation in dim illumination to use this ability. He may prepare a number of additional spell levels of spells equal to the level of the highest-level wizard spell he can cast. For example, if he can cast 6th-level wizard spells, he could prepare six 1st-level spells, two 3rd level-spells, or any similar combination that adds up to a total of six spell levels. These spells are stored in his shadow. He can only cast these spells when he is in an area of normal light or dim light. He gains Shadowtongue as a bonus language.

This ability replaces arcane bond.

Extended Illusions (Su)

Any illusion spell you cast with a duration of “concentration” lasts a number of additional rounds equal to 1/2 your wizard level after you stop maintaining concentration (minimum +1 round). At 20th level, you can make one illusion spell with a duration of “concentration” become permanent. You can have no more than one illusion made permanent in this way at one time. If you designate another illusion as permanent, the previous permanent illusion ends.

Blinding Ray (Sp)

As a standard action you can fire a shimmering ray at any foe within 30 feet as a ranged touch attack. The ray causes creatures to be blinded for 1 round. Creatures with more Hit Dice than your wizard level are dazzled for 1 round instead. You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Intelligence modifier.

Background:

I spent my whole life hiding in the shadows, pretending to be one of them... i hated it every second spent among them, my hatred grew more and more. Until one day i found a book, it spoke to me...she told me she could grant my wish...in short i accepted. A city was massacred in my name, by this entity in exchange for my soul upon death.

I left the underground, i left the drow thankfully. Although being hunted by them, i left for the surface. hoping to find immortality, a way to save myself from my fate.

Archae is in short paranoid and awkward around people. He is often mistaken for a drow due to being a dusk elf, his family spent many years hiding this secret in order to survive, Archae is the only surviving member. He is highly intelligent and constantly focuses on the task at hand, he is not a leader by any means he isn't good at inspiring people or even talking to them.
