I've been thinking out character concepts that fit with the Time Traveller background (which I have access to), I've had an idea for an investigator time traveller and thought the Chronoskimmer would go well with it, but I can't find how to get access to it in PFS because it's a rare archetype.
How would I make it PFS legal?
