There are many stories about what Orcs do to some of their prisoners. Unfortunately for Anazaliana's Father, Garzerenelli, this happens to be the case.
He was a part of one of the many Varisian performance caravans, and was en route to Riddleport. They did not make it to their destination as they were attacked by a bunch of Goblins led by an Orc Shamaness. Despite the brave fight, the caravan was slaughtered and Garzerenelli was captured.
The Shamaness had plans for him, which involved forcing him to consume some sort of foul smelling concoction that robbed him of his free will and thus allowed the female Orc to.........exploit him in an intimate manner. This went on for two years, during which time a child was born.
One night, the Shamaness was particularly exhausted and forgot to administer the potion. This allowed Gar to once more think for himself and thus permitting him to slit the Orcs throat. He fully intended to do the same for the half-breed babe, but as she looked up at him, the Varisian just could not do it. Instead, he stole her away and ran from the camp as fast and as far as possible.
Over the next few years, they lived in seclusion. One day, a Sczarni caravan was passing by and came across them. Garzerenelli longed to perform once more, and figured it was time for Anazaliana to finally have more of a family to learn from. And learn she did, but instead of learning the performance arts, Ana instead learned the art of hunting and combat.
On the night of the Winter Solstice, when Anazaliana was 17, the caravan was attacked by Goblins. During the raid, her Father was killed in front of her. Time slowed for her as he fell and what happened next is unclear to her, for the next thing she remembers is standing over a pile of dead Goblins and being covered in their blood. During his funeral service, the Half-Orc swore a blood-oath to slay these foul creatures from the face of Golarion.
And that is what she has been doing ever since.
