Momentarily concerned by Terex's apparent disappearance, Amarélys quickly finds herself fully focused on the interaction with the salamanders as Zadok and Sir Crunchy begin an intimidation routine. Hoping that their display of power... or at least their bluff, is effecting, she steps forward. Though he lava child's form is much less impressive than her elf one, her usual grace and strength of character can still be seem through every confident step she takes toward the salamanders. "As you can see, my companions and I are not some weak kind of materials. We are not here by accident and are well traveled. We do not need a guide to the city. And, as my companion here said, we are on official business, and have the protection of higher powers within the planes. Amarélys's eyes grow wider as she hears Terex's call. Quickly, she climbs down the side of the hole onto the ruins covering one of its sides, and begins digging at Zadok's side. Wow, I totally missed the lines about Emij joining us with the spell :( So, good thing! "Yes. Good idea." Amarélys replies to Emij's comment, quickly moving on from the fact that she had made a mistake. "Terex, since you are willing to make your way through the stones, you can let us know whether there is anyone there. That way, as Sir Crunchy said, we can prepare adequately if need be and not waste spells going down."

After a bland but filling breakfast in company of the others, part of which Amarélys helps prepare (not so well), the druid heads out with the others. Though, only after changing her appearance; after reaching for her mask, she slowly changes into a much stockier version of herself while her clothes lose their refined look to become a set of furs attached together by leather straps, lastly her mask disappears, replaced by an obsidian ornament held within a strand of her now black hair. ”This is the appearance of a lava child… I should look less conspicuous now.” she simply explains. Once they reach the site of the bank, Amarélys turns her back to huge hole in the ground (which used to be the bank), in order to face her allies.

After Terex and Sir Crunchy are done examining the shotel, Amarélys gently picks it back up and after admiring the make, slides it into her embroidered purse. After the large sword disappear into the magical small bag, she takes the bag of holding and also puts it into her purse. "Thank you for your help. We will sell those once we are done taking care of the adepts. In the meanwhile, being in my purse should be enough to foil attempts at locating them." Amarélys decdies with one short nod at the two magicians, giving them the slight impression that this is a group decision. After that, Amarélys finally leaves the common room for the night. Once she reaches her room, she locks its door behind her. Despite her tiredness, she gracefully sits on her bed and delicately takes off her mask. Pressing a hand to her face, she slowly bend her head down for the first time of the day, finally relaxing and letting go of her air of composure. After a moment of relaxation, she shakes her head, and returns to the task at hand. So, their new allies were.. uncommon... but that also meant they had uncommon abilities. Dismissing her doubts at their limitations, Amarélys reassesses the sitaution. Terex: could easily help them communicate and serve as a spy, small, flying, he could get into places no one else could. Paired with summoned creatures, he could probably fight effectively. Sir Crunchy: though a wizard, he looked pretty tough and would likely be effective in battle.

"The body we would like to speak to is that of a guard who witnessed the attack on the bank. He most likely saw the members of the dark fire as well as the way they prepare their attacks. Unfortunately, the body is buried under lots of rubble. We would need some form of magic to return there... I can take care of getting us in there if we wait tomorrow though. My, let's say connection, with the natural world is too weak for me to do this now." "I think we should avoid trying to pass as the terrorists. The blackfire adepts clearly know them." Amarélys starts, her tone being well measure to gently dismiss Terex's idea. "However, we could easily make ourselves pass for some random group also interested in causing mayhem and let them believe that we got their contact information through the terrorists. But yes, arranging a meeting, if only with a single of them would be best. However, they do have the ability to teleport themselves. If we set up an ambush, we also need to take that into account." she turns toward the crab "Your illusions would definitely be useful, but can you also lock creatures in a place?" she finishes, completely missing his joke. "Oh, and, as for me, I have a special connection with the natural world which allows me to manipulate the forces of nature such as the elements, plants or animals. Unfortunately, I communed mostly with the place of water before coming here... making most of my magic useless. I can remedy to that by tomorrow. Amarélys invites Terex to go on ahead and use his telepathy with a gracious motion of the hand and a nod. Amarélys, now back in her usual form, had spent the last few moments at a large and massive table at the center of the library's common area. This was the same place where Zadok and her had planned their day hours earlier. And, just like last time, she was staring at the map of the city, planning their next move. Sitting, legs close together and cocked to the right, back straight, Amarélys is absentmindedly toying with a crystalline rod when the new guests are led in by Zadok. Politely standing up, but only once they approach within 6' of her, Amarélys circles around the table to greet them. With a quick glance that betrays little surprise at their appearance Or now, see bluff check., Amarélys quickly realizes that holding out her head to be kissed would be inappropriate, and so she opts for a mix between a bow and a curtsy. bluff: 1d20 + 33 ⇒ (2) + 33 = 35 "It is a pleasure to meet both of you. My name is Amarélys." she says in a pleasant voice. "I heard you asking for Emij, I believe he is in the kitchen, he was helping Zadok prepare some tea. May I ask what brings you here to talk to the librarian?" she continues, her pleasant tone now a tool to hide her prying. Where is sir Crunchy's familiar? Also, I looked at your equipment, are all your things in your haversacks? Anything dangling? Amarélys's appearance: The true appearance of Amarélys is a mystery. The woman is constantly draped in long colorful flowing robes and scarves which hide her features. The hood from the robe always covers her head while a simple mask hides almost the whole of her face, leaving only her lower right jaw and mouth visible. Even her slender hands barely visible, white fingerless gloves hiding most of them. Everyday, the colors and patterns of her robes change, always depicting minimalistic impressions of nature, from scenery to plants and animals.

Amarélys gives a slight nod of approval as Zadok transforms himself into an ifrit. She lifts her hand to her mask, but just as the fetchling asks his question she stops and lowers it. "Yes, that is how I transformed myself when we were at the bank and how I changed the design on my clothes." Amarélys says in a tone of voice that makes what could have been perceived as a sharp comment sound like a matter of fact statement. And so, bringing back her hand to her mask, she slowly takes on the form of a female ifrit. First, her clothes remain the same, but then they slowly take the appearance of flowing semi-translucent orange and yellow robes, with thicker fabric underneath to truly hide her silhouette. And, when her transformation is finished, her mask slowly changes to become an ornate brooch in her hair. "Let us go then." she says. On their way, Amarélys will use dimension door so they can disappear at some point and reappear... to lose any people following them. She'll od it just before getting to the tower to get the "taxi"

"Thank you Kalio for your help, it was quite useful. We will be on our way now, we need to prepare ourselves to meet with these black fire adepts." Amarélys says, politely making a subtle curtsy. With one last look to Zadok, and a short waiting period, Amarélys heads toward the exit (with the new bag and shotel). But, on their way out, just before crossing the threshold of the door, she turns toward Zadok. "The adepts saw us... and I think they might try to follow us to know who we are. Do you have any way of hiding your identity? To disguise yourself so that they do not follow us to the library?"

Amarélys not too happily elects to follow Zadok's advice. She was quite flustered that someone would not heed her words. It was rare and not too pleasant. She then inspects the bag that was left on the floor. "The temple will soon be crawling with guards, so I doubt they will send more people here for now... but they will go to the other sites and try to get rid of clues. I am looking forward to playing with those selected! Also, I have been looking at the submissions, and I have one or two questions, mostly curious about Raziel's motivation/personality.
