I've been thinking about a fun new character for an upcoming campaign. Pretty much my plan is to build a Nikola Tesla. I've narrowed it down to it having to be a spellcaster and I was thinking he should be an Intelligence based caster. I was thinking an Alchemist but the bombs and mutagens just feel too weird. I'm pretty much just looking for any and all suggestions for classes, feats, items I guess too. Arcane casting seemed the clear choice but I'm open for any suggestions.

I was looking at the Pathfinder's Loremaster the other day and remembered why I was kinda disappointed in it. It doesn't give much leeway for any classes other than Wizard because of the Intelligence based abilities. But then I realized; The Witch! They're arcane intelligence-based casting that won't suffer from a reduced BAB (like the Magus does). I googled the idea but I didn't find a single result. Now that I think about it, that may be my answer.

Anyway, what does the general public think about a Witch Loremaster?

So, after reading the Polymorph subschool rules I became very sad. If I read them correctly, you lose all Supernatural and Extraordinary Abilities. Before I read that, I was planning on playing an Orc Bloodline Sorcerer polymorph specialized character. My plan was to gain the inherent Strength bonuses even in the polymorphed state, but the abilities are Extraordinary. My hopes were that because the bonuses were inherent bonuses they would persist even when polymorphed. What is the general consensus for this?
