Aliyah dresses in a corset, with a small jacket over the top, that comes halfway down her back, and has long sleeves that bell out towards the wrists. She wears knee-high boots over her pants, and has her hair up in two buns, with several tiny braids trailing off of each.

Aliyah is passionate and hot-tempered, cunning, yet naive. She has delusions of grandeur, is easily distracted, and loves music. She is a romantic, and thinks little animals are scary.

She smiles often, is clean and tidy, sleeps like Cid the sloth, and thinks crying shows weakness.

She sings off key, tells bad jokes, and likes to read over her companions shoulders.

Aliyah never knew her parents, but grew up in the slums of Kaer Maga. She feels a comfort around races that are "less than human", as she learned at a young age that being humanoid does not make you humane.

Nothing frustrates her more than blindly following a precept. She believes in justice, but knows that the law does not always deliver justice, yet going outside of the law tends to have no governing balances, no way of measuring if justice has been served.

She trained in the use of poisons, and eventually became friends with Aliver Podiker in Sandpoint. She has spent years wandering the Storval, using her unique skills to deal with pests of the region, poisoning an aurochs that's gone rogue, finding out if a water supply has been tampered with, looking into an assassination, or into preventing one.
