Bond to the Earth Some gnomes have strong ties to specific kinds of terrain, as a holdover from their fey origins. These gnomes gain a +2 dodge bonus to AC when in a specific terrain type selected from the ranger list of favored terrains. (Underground)
Darkvision Some gnome strains have lived in the underground depths for so long they have given up on light entirely and gained darkvision with a range of 60 feet.
Deep Earth Bloodline
Bloodline Arcana: Whenever you and the target of your spell are both underground, increase the spell’s save DC by +1.
Bloodline Powers:
Tremor (Sp): As a standard action, you can cause the ground to shake beneath a single creature within 30 feet, functioning as a trip maneuver using your sorcerer level plus your Charisma modifier in place of your CMB (+5). You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Charisma modifier (7/day).
Fey Magic The character has a mystic connection to one terrain type, selected from the ranger’s favored terrain list. The character selects three 0-level druid spells and one 1st-level druid spell. When in the selected terrain, she gains these spells as spell-like abilities that can be cast once per day. The caster level for these effects is equal to the user’s character level. The DC for the spell-like abilities is equal to 10 + the spell’s level + the user’s Charisma modifier (4). These spells are treated as being from a fey source for the purposes of the druid’s resist nature’s lure class feature and similar abilities.
Gnome Magic Gnomes add +1 to the DC of any saving throws against illusion spells that they cast. Gnomes with Charisma scores of 11 or higher also gain the following spell-like abilities: 1/day—dancing lights, ghost sound, prestidigitation, and speak with animals. The caster level for these effects is equal to the gnome’s level. The DC for these spells is equal to 10 + the spell’s level + the gnome’s Charisma modifier.
Illusion Resistance Gnomes gain a +2 racial saving throw bonus against illusion spells and effects.
Weapon Familiarity Gnomes treat any weapon with the word “gnome” in its name as a martial weapon.
