F

Best of luck Audria and I am sad to see you go.

And Moira it does sadly seem that way.

F

Sighing, "So are we not gonna look for the tattoo guy or Aishe?"

F

Perception: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (17) + 3 = 20

Glaring down at the halfing who is ignoring her before glancing up at Audria. Great she is getting bloodthirsty. Looking up and smiling, "Sure, lets go."

F

Perception: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7

"Pretty sure we would rather return it since I doubt we can sell it."

Shifting her wrist and crouching down with her blade still pointed at the halfling, "We don't want a fight, even if it is obvious that we won this one. So you get to live if you keep your family away from me and mine."

F

Moving to the other side of the the giggling halfling and aiming her blade as well, "I would answer if I were you."

F

Running past Rigo and continuing to chase the other ratling.

F

"Catch but don't kill!" Tugging her rapier free

How far head are they

Tilting her head to the side and smiling, Really wish I had magic right about now. "You two don't wanna be here so why don't we get the part where you give a good reason why we should play messenger for you?"

Smiling at the more skittish one, "You all right there?" Don't say cat got your tongue, don't say cat got your tongue..

F

Leaning against the wall and watching the street rats.Jumping into the conversation before they can answer Moira, "Who's askin?"

F

Shrugging at the question of sneaking, "I can."

Trailing behind Moira and waiting to see what answer her magical whispers will get them.

F

So the screen on my laptop is mostly a black void and sometimes taunts me by working at random intervals. I am back but there is no guarantee it will last so if I do not post feel free to bot me as needed. Hopefully I will get it fixed over the weekend.

I will try to catch up after I get some sleep.

F

Laptop is down please bot me

F

Well the break worked out rather well for you in that case. Glad you are feeling better. The downtime let me make a lot of progress on my Azlant campaign though it seemed to have slowed everyone down. But I am glad we are back in business!

F

Its back I hope!

F

Have fun Zed!

F

Smiling at Ammos, "Never argue with an artist if you want your painting. See you later."

F

Looking around the room but Moira chimes in first, and with a lot more tact than Alexis could manage. Gods does she just care about everyone?

F

Perception: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (18) + 3 = 21

Rolling her eyes at Ammos and offering the three dwarves a tired smile. Looking around at the mention of a cat. Having spotted the small critter and shrugging before looking away. Pets are for people who have a home.

F

Misunderstandings happen and this is not something big so I wouldn't worry about it.

F

Personally I like either one. Beside it is how others interpret what you say that dictates how we understand you. Also I am really tired and reading is hard :(

F

Catching the little bag and tucking it into one her pockets, "Thanks."

Quietly selecting a few things to munch on while everyone talks. Flinching at Salon's new name for Audria.

F

Feeling thing shift from the pain to the past to something less stressful has her muscles finally relaxing. Grinning at Audria, "It never did for me. Though not all of it tasted same."

F

Glancing up at Moira with a sad expression that vanishes as she stands up. Slinging her bag over her shoulder, "Nope Moira bribed us with sweets."

Curled into a tight ball throughout the night, each shift of her bed companions causes her fingers to twitch. Simple shifts in the padding of the bed foreign and terrifying. Unable to chose the bigger threat she tucks her head under her arms though out the whole night.

Peaking an eye out when Moira starts to sing before tucking head back into the darkness of arms. Letting out a yelp and resembling a startled cat in the way she leaps off of the bed and lands on all fours on the floor.

Poking her head over the pile of the jumbled blankets and glaring at Moira, "I accept your offer and forgive you your sin."

Crossing her legs and tugging her bag out from under the bed and digging though to halfway pull out a change of clothing that just dangles in her fingers as her eyes are draw to the fire kissed skin. Biting her tongue hard before laying on the ground to change with the bed safely between her and the other two. Once dressed in a sort of privacy she sits on the floor with her back against the bed.

F

@ Moira Belize was amazing. I lucked out and got to go for a school trip in college. Holwer monkeys, a small island where I ate barracuda, long hikes in the jungle. It was awesome though that was the only time I remember being out of the states. I was born in the Azores but we moved to Florida when I was two so I remember nothing of it. I want to go other places but sadly I am broke. My goal is Yellowstone in a year or two.

And I am so jealous. Puffins are awesome!

@ Rigo that is a list!

F

OK sucked but my people are here or I would move. I am a lot more functional than I was a few days ago. Living with children is great for that. Thank you! Also have fun! I have been to the rain forest in Belize and it was amazing!

F

Stomping out of the circus and glaring at the world around her until her feet find their way back to the tavern. The very picture of a surly youth, "He didn't know anything he was brave enough to talk about."

Glancing at Audria pulling the other two out of the room in a bit of a panic with a sigh but things are being grabbed before she can do anything about it. Sighing and waiting for the door to close before taking a moment to look around. Though she is careful to avoid the mirror.

Survival: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (13) + 8 = 21 to figure out when he was here last, if anyone was in the room, and when he might have left.

F

Working on rejoining the posting and it is a different incident. Murphy, of Murphy's Law, is my spirit animal. I have made peace with it. And yeah warehouses can be dangerous.

F

I got hurt at work and the medicine that the doctor gave me has made me really foggy. I still get to work which is good for my bills. But if need be bot me cause I have no idea how functional I will be.

F

Sense Motive: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (15) + 3 = 18

Dropping her arms and straitening her stance, "Hey now there's no reason to be so testy. We all have done a lot for the Grast family at this point and I thought we were happily working together."

Taking a few steps forward and lowering her voice, "I get it is this man is too scary for you to wanna deal with. I've meet plenty like that myself. But Ashie is mine and I will keep poking. If you don't wanna help I get it. I don't like cause I ain't never worked for a coward before."

F

No biggy. This week had been brutal on my end so I am totally fine with a bit of a delay.

F

Great it either ate my post or I failed to actually post in my sleep deprived state. Sorry.

Quietly waiting until they notice her and quickly her head no, "I was given some time to not work but to settle in and explore so I am taking that."

Threading her fingers behind her head, "But I spoke to my friends and best we can tell we think the last time any of us saw Ashie he was talking to a man with a swan tattoo on his neck. I was kind of hoping you might be able to point me in the right direction so I can make sure Ashie is ok."

F

Fidgeting in her seat and not really finding a way to avoid touching anyone. Letting her head thump against the wall of the carriage, "There really isn't enough room in here."

Moving her foot to poke at Moira, "Rigo is try to learn to lie and he really needs practice."

Offering the older woman a smile, "Takes a lot of thinking to be really good at lying. And the guy I was working with is pissed Aishe skipped off tonight. I can go back and let him know that one of us saw him talking to a strange man with a swan tattoo on his neck."

Quickly getting up and tugging the door open. Slipping outside of the cramped little space. I really need to get over that. Shaking her head and smiling into the cabin. Making sure to put a lecherous leer in her voice, "Try not to have too much fun without me."

Happily closing the door and heading back into the carnival.

Looking for Ammos. Also I like you version of collective fun Moira. You are a delightful bubble of happy sunshine in this blighted city :D

F

Offering the halfling a shrug, "I can look for him but he always seemed a little weird." Not that they all aren't weird.

F

Staring in wonder at the money so casually handed over to her. Fighting the urge to take it and run. Instead opting to quietly follow Moira back to the others.

Keeping her teeth almost constantly locked around her inner cheek to chase away any visible wonder at the carnival. Shaking her head no at the performance offer, "Just point me to the manual labor."

F

Nodding at Moira's words, "Good trade is good for business."

F

Appraise: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (16) + 3 = 19

Smiling at Moira and glancing back at their pile before turning back to the gnome, "Why no mirrors?"

F

I'm here just really tired.

F

Quietly listening to the story while turning the helmet around in her hands. Sounds like Rigo.

F

Staring at the crates, "Are we planning to take those?"

Shrugging, "I do not have anything to help with that beyond my shoulder and it would do less than yours."

F

I feel you on the not affording things and my state is one of the cheapest to live in.

Leaning forward and wrapping her arms around her legs and resting her chin on her knees. Watching the movement of the blood of the city flowing through the streets and allies. Biting the inside of her cheek to distract for the urge to the leap off the wagon and run from the watchman. "That sounds lonely and really nice. To be able to not need people and only deal with them when you want to."

F

I'm jealous. There is not a lot of artsy places here.

Shrugging and staring at the older woman while she speaks, "Those teeth were part of a bunch of people and burying people is what you do so it's not that weird."

Tilting her head to the back to stare up at the sky while rubbing the newly shaved sides of her skull, "And people who get to make rules never seem happy just makin a few so there is either way to many rules or to few. But the murderin, stealin, and that other one are gonna happen either way. Cause people are people. We are mean and greedy."

F

Pausing in her climb to think a moment before answering while figuring out where she wants to sit, "You would be surprised at the things people will by if they think not one will know about it. And if we have to just dump the teeth then so be it."

Lacing her fingers behind her head, "People are are weird and in normal places that is something they hide but here. Well here people seem to embrace it. Kind of freeing and very dangerous. People need rules."

F

Happy to help :D

F

Thank you!

So about the loot the post said that we have

-a fancy bottle of perfume,
-a mangled emerald-green dress with a fancy mouchoir in one pocket,
-a morbid collection of human teeth in a porcelain jug,
-a set of false teeth made from hippo ivory,
-a bald kitten floating in cloudy vinegar within a bell jar, the kitten is impaled upon a somewhat elegantly forged crossbow bolt.
-a ceramic cow with silver horns,
-a silver cut-glass claret jug depicting the moon defecating on the sun
-a papier-mâché spectacle case with bronze-lined gargoyle filigreed reading glasses within
-a rather ghoulish papier-mâché leprechaun doll with glass eyes, moveable arms, real hair beard, and velvet gloves.
-And a bunch of mirrors, some that were broken but I assume the frames might be worth something since GM Zed said some are 'clearly worth a significant amount of money - some are plainly decorated whilst some, the largest of them, are framed with baroque depictions of nymphs in various erotic poses.'
-Also I recall a bunch of rings being mentioned.

I am intersted in figuring out if the crossbow bolt is magical but I am fine with selling everything.

F

Staring at Moira, "I guess we are going shopping."

F

"People suffering from frostbite are not going to strip and feel even colder. Either someone else was here and took there clothing. Perhaps to keep warm or we are not the first to stop here."

Turning towards Stanley, "No more than one split in the group if we have to."

F

so with my d6 and con would it be a 3 from the class or a 4 for the half? Then my impressive con adds a +1.

F

Nodding to Rigo, "Glad you agree."

F

Smiling at being skipped, "Should be able to manage that." For now.

Once the group leaves, "Are we selling stuff? Cause I would rather that be gone. Gride doesn't expect much from me so I can do some looking around."
