Hmmm...I've been going to Gen Con since 2010, and every year so far they've had previous season scenarios. Besides, the new season always has only the first 3 at scenarios.

A caster, who wants to permanize Tongues on himself, must also cast Permanency himself, correct?

So a caster can't cast Tongues on himself and then have another wizard cast Permanency to make it permanent, right?
