Born to a mother and father who had served their lives as laborers living in the alienage, Aldo was destined for more. From a young age he displayed a magical aptitude and his parents Delivered him to the Cicle of mages to become an apprentice. Aldo was young but intellectual and he welcomed the opportunity, Vowing to do something meaningful with his life and to not live his life in shadows in the alienage. As a quick study, he devoted himself to studies of Magic, History, and of Religion, as he sought to understand the Chantry which suppressed those gifted with magic. He has became exceptional as an Evocationist, but this devotion has lead him to cast aside studies of necromancy and diviniation. Aldo is ultimately very ambitious, and as such can come off as callous and abrasive. He has came to The City of Orzammar to do what he can to help with reconstruction, and as his first Excursion into the outside world since passing his harrowing, needless to say he's excited.
