Background:

Spoiler:
Albrek's mother was one of the many adventurers in this city, and they say he was born in one of the many secret tunnels beneath this city. She retired shortly after that while her husband, Albrek's father, kept on adventuring. His father disappeared into the depths beneath the city a year after. His mother caught a horrid wasting disease when he was 3, and on her death bed she asked a former companion of hers, a dwarf named Rurik Ungart, to raise Albrek as his son.

Rurik raised him well, but Albrek never really connected with anyone. This may have something to do with the fact that he's been half-blind since birth. H eventually found a role as a minor acolyte at the temple of Lothian, although his heart was not truly in his work. Still he continued until one day he had a vision of the divine forces of the stone beneath his feet, and thus he found true faith. He left the church on that day, never to return for worship again.

Contact::
Brother Fabitor Thisk, a Priest of Lothain in charge of St Gustav's Chapel. During your time as an Acolyte of Lothain you worked for Brother Fabitor. When you found your faith waning from Lothain you feared Brother Fabitor's disappointment as he had always been a good friend and mentor to you since you joined the Church and became an acolyte of Lothain. He was incredibly understanding and in fact encouraged you to find your true self. He told you he always had known you were meant for something greater than being a simple acolyte of Lothain. You have heard he is currently trying to raise funds for St. Gustav's Chapel, as it has always been the least well funded Lothain temple in Ptolus despite the fact it is just off of Delver's Square. You have heard word Gustav's may soon be closed if the funds aren't raised soon.
