There are several ways, up to each person! 1. Just say "Great site! Thanks!" 2. Buy something from opengamingstore.com 3. Click an ad on d20pfsrd.com or 5eSRD.com now and then if you find something that interests you. 4. Subscribe to the Open Gaming Network! You can sub quarterly or yearly and it's really cheap and it removes all the ads! 5. Back me on Patreon! patreon.com/d20pfsrd or just email me a smile at jreyst@gmail.com :D

I'm so tired of downloads from Paizo not working. I have to click the download link like 500 times to get it to finally work. So far I've been trying for three days to download AA4 unsuccessfully in both Chrome and Edge, and the few times something DID download it was a 0 byte file.
As a retailer/distributor of DSP products, unfortunately, I can agree that for some reason Dreamscarred Press seems dead. I rarely get any response from any communications to them, or if I do, it takes weeks to get a response, and even then it's a challenge. At one time DSP was the top seller at opengamingstore.com. Now they barely register a tick-mark in sales. I also am not sure why this is the case :(
We are actively working on a subscription model and it *should* be available VERY soon (as in, days or weeks?). However, I don't *think* we're serving any major popups unless you consider the text-based informational things I send now and then (sometimes sales, sometimes info about other SRDs coming live etc.)
Another option is pf2.d20pfsrd.com. I'm working constantly towards improving usability and real-world functionality, and always appreciate suggestions or ideas on how to make it easier to use. You can reach me anytime at jreyst@gmail.com.
Bardarok wrote: Just like PF1 the rules will be available online free on the archive. as well as on the fan-supported SRD, which also include 3rd Party Publishing content at http://pf2.d20pfsrd.com
The 2nd edition version of d20pfsrd.com is now LIVE AT http://pf2.d20pfsrd.com/
Also, I submit that d20pfsrd.com has far, far, more content/up-to-date content than other sites, and if not, please let me know what is missing so I can get on that. Literally every book up until this moment, hardcover or soft, should be available on the site now, or, if it's a most recent release, should be available in the next couple of weeks.
Yes, clearly, if you prefer ONLY Golarion-content, or ONLY PFS-legal content, then AoN is probably your better option. d20pfsrd.com is probably better suited to those who are open to 3rd Party content, or those who run their own home campaigns, or those who want a complete rules reference site. To each their own, but d20pfsrd.com leans more towards players and GMs who run custom home campaigns and likely in their own campaign settings, and those who like to look at content OTHER than just that from the primary publisher (meaning, open to other publishers content.) Thanks everyone for continuing to support d20pfsrd.com and for those who prefer AoN, to each their own! I hope you are enjoying gaming is the main goal, and I suspect you are!
MageHunter wrote: It is not for profit (although does accept donations to support it), which means that the person who does the website is allowed to post setting specific info and names which makes checking stuff from books easier. d20 will change the names around and flavor text for copyright reasons. This isn't entirely accurate. AoN also includes affiliate links to Amazon.com, just as d20pfsrd.com does, which means he earns affiliate income from sales of Paizo books you buy on Amazon after clicking there. Paizo decided after d20pfsrd.com opening opengamingstore.com, we were no longer allowed to use the Community Use Policy.
Thanks for contacting me Nordom! Avast has a known history of misidentifying things. I recommend a different antivirus app. https://forums.majorgeeks.com/threads/bad-update-from-avast-today.235875/ Also, if something is incorrect taks, or you have recommendations for fixing any crappy layout issues, a) we always are open to suggestions and b) anyone is free to edit. On that subject, anyone who wants to edit ANY of my SRD sites just go to http://opengamingnetwork.com/publishing/become-an-editor/application/ and enter xyzzy as the password.

Hey Nickela! John from starfinderSRD.com here! Would you mind if I made this available on starfinderSRD.com?
I use Google Adsense for the banners that are not products in my store or banners for various 3PP promoting Kickstarters or other projects/products. Google is very good at targeting and I am able to block advertisers based on the URL of the banner in question. For instance, if the banner goes to http://www.girlsfight.com I enter that into the block category. I have hundreds of advertisers like this I've manually entered into the block list but sometimes the advertisers are tricky and have redirects or have the same content on another URL that they begin serving after they detect the first one is blocked. In any event, I haven't seen the ad in question but if you do again, you should be able to right-click on it and get the URL. Feel free to email that to me at jreyst@gmail.com and I'll block it asap. Sorry about the inconvenience though! Edit I think I figured out the URL and it and several of it's variants are now added to the block list. Please feel free to email me or direct message me here if you see any more!
StarfinderSRD.com IS a thing, and is what has been consuming ALL of my time for the last several months. It will be available to EVERYONE starting 8/31. Remember also that ANYONE can help improve it, or fix issues. Just email jreyst@gmail.com to join the team! Also, I'm thinking my man Owen or Erik might give me some Paizo blog promo time when it's ready!
The FAN managed/created SRD, like d20pfsrd.com, will be at starfindersrd.com, and is scheduled to be open to the public 8/31 which is 2 weeks after the core rulebook was made available in stores, respecting the 2-week delay requested by Paizo before posting Open Game Content online. Right now StarfinderSRD.com is open ONLY to editors, which, happily enough, is open to anyone who actually wants to help get the site ready for release. If you would like to help work on getting the site ready, please email me at jreyst@gmail.com with subject "Volunteer to edit StarfinderSRD.com"!
Prometheus Protocols is just the 1st of many 3pp products in the planning stages as Starjammer-compatible releases. We're EXTREMELY excited to have this level of support! ALSO! We're planning to have another license that allows 3pp to actually be in the same universe flavor-wise, that is, build one setting by linking their flavor/setting content to the core setting, thereby building a linked universe of awesome content. More on that to come later!
The art may have suffered somewhat from compression. I asked that the filesize be kept as small as possible but that may have inadvertently meant that some of the art doesn't look as good as it otherwise might have. We'll be adding a higher-resolution option and POD option shortly and previous purchasers will be able to add the higher res PDF at no extra charge.
Also, the first supplement for Starjammer should release this weekend, Medical Marvels by Michael Riter which adds new tech, old tech, pharmaceuticals, cybernetics and more! Everyone who posts a review of Starjammer here on Paizo will get a discount code to get Medical Marvels 100% FREE. NOTE! You don't have to post a good review, any review counts!
Tagging and more advanced filtering are in the planning stages. A developer has been contracted to convert d20pfsrd.com to Wordpress from Google Sites and filtering such as "Show me only Paizo content" or "Show me only PFS Approved content" or "Show me only Core Rulebook content" or "Show me everything" or "Show me all Paizo, Rite Publishing, and Rogue Genius Games content" are planned. Also, selective ad blocking is planned, based on subscriber level. That is, you don't have to subscribe at all and the site remains essentially as it is now for you. However, if you subscribe at the lowest (free) level, you will be able to log in and set preferences. If you subscribe at the next level you can say "I don't want to see ads for stuff in the Open Gaming Store". If you subscribe at the next higher level you can say "I don't want to see ANY ads". All of this is custom coding though and so a Kickstarter is planned around February or March to attempt to cover development costs and the maintenance $ that will now be required (because hosting a massive Wordpress site is not FREE like hosting on Google Sites is.)
Thanks for the positive comments Oceanshieldwolf and CampinCarl9127. As previously stated, we are not allowed to use or reference things that are NOT Open Game Content, which includes place names, people names, unique god names, and similar items. In all cases we strive to stick as close to the original intent when we're required to omit a certain name. In all cases we prefer not to think of anything as "butchered" but to each their own. If you prefer the PRD or AON, go to town. You are not required to like or use d20pfsrd.com. I've said this previously but I'll say it again, d20pfsrd.com is more geared towards those who don't REQUIRE god names and Golarion-specific content, such as those who run their own custom campaign worlds, or whom are not terribly bothered by the occasional lack of a god name (or similar). Same with 3rd Party Content. If that's not your cup of tea then a) you don't have to use it even if you DO use d20pfsrd.com, and b) you are more than free to simply not use d20pfsrd.com at all. As someone else previously stated to me while visiting at Gen Con, they appreciate that d20pfsrd.com is a 100% complete rules reference resource, whereas AON isn't (it misses core rulebook main rules content) and also, d20pfsrd.com is organized by subject not by book (as the PRD is.) Lastly, I strive to be as up-to-date as possible and I think I have almost everything currently available except anything that has been out on store shelves less than 2 weeks. Oh and if you ever have an issue, you can feel free to either email me directly at jreyst@gmail.com or tag me on Facebook. I try to respond to all such contacts.

While I think it's a good idea, it's not likely going to happen on d20pfsrd.com just because of the additional work involved in calling out the differences etc. If you like the existing rules (pre-errata) you could always take a screenshot of a page prior to the rules change, or simply continue using the pre-errata'd original source material.
Malwing wrote: Sorry if I'm making you guys reiterate things but what are the general goals of the book? From what I've gathered the mission is to enable play in space, which includes new races, feats and items that facilitate spacefaring campaigns and spacefaring vehicles. Is the product limited to those parameters? Bodhizen wrote: No, but I think I'll let John field that question if he wants to reveal more. The general goals are to enable Pathfinder in space, not specifically far future, near future or hard sci-fi. This is geared towards fantasy characters, on fantasy-themed ships, in space. There may be additional supplements in the future that add new options for mecha, or mass fleet battles, or any of a wide number of other such themes but this is the baseline product just to get things started and to establish a new product line for d20pfsrd.com Publishing. Thanks Peter for fielding these questions. Organized Play Characters
