So, I'm running a gnome witch right now at lv. 11, and want to advance to Technomancer. I'm wondering how I can get there, more specifically, how to get the trained skills to get there.

Question 1: Do I need to multiclass into it, or can I gain it through feats?

Question 2: Do you get the class skills from multiclassing, or do those come only when you start with that class?

I'm currently running a witch in my group, in a homebrew campaign, and I found the Heiten feat. Now, I'm new to Pathfinder, having only played for two months, and I was wondering if it's possible to increase fireball's damage using higher level spell slots, or if the damage stays the same, and I just use higher spell slots.
