So I sent an email to the customer service email two days ago but I have not had any reply. I just wanted to check in and make sure it wasn't caught in some kind of a spam filter. (I work in an elementary school so I deal with spam filters constantly.)
Thank you so much for getting back to me so soon about this issue. The only question I have is if its possible to get a replacement where do I ship this current copy? Have a great weekend as well!
First off I want to say I thoroughly enjoyed the Starfinder booth and society games I was able to play in during Gen Con. Starfinder is the first paizo product I have purchased(aside from pawn boxes). My issue is with the copy of the game (Non Special Edition) I picked up at Gen Con. It has not even been a week and the glue binding pages to the cloth ribbon has detached almost completely. https://goo.gl/photos/86wHGkvJqsvUUsTu7 I was hoping to see if I could get a replacement copy. I really look forward to running games but at this point I am afraid of the book falling apart in my hands to even open it. |
