My issue is that Rahali is currently Tier 3 and technically can have AD4 cards in her deck (unless that was our 4th scenario, which I don't think it was)
Ideally I am hoping to be able to choose Item 4 and replace it with an Item 3 instead, otherwise I will have to take a Spell 3
You're correct that you can't have Tier 4 cards in your deck, but you're free to take one of the Item 4's and use it to get an Item 3 from your box instead.

Forgot the stupid scenario powers... I played a spell random:1d8 ⇒ 8 Ah, I got to shuffle in the Augury. Well that's nice. I would also have taken 1 Acid damage but that is reduced by Elemental Treaty.
Enora moves over to join her allies, fully expecting that they'll find some way for this all to go horribly wrong. But alas, this is her lot as a Pathfinder.
She pokes around near the Scorched Obelisk and finds a divine spell.
Spell 4, we're probably going to want this. Unfortunately it's Divine. I'll recharge Djinni Quarterstaff to add 1d8. Only blessing out there is Zarlova's so requesting Zarlova's Blessing of Pharasma. Wisdom 12:1d6 + 1d8 + 1d6 ⇒ (2) + (5) + (3) = 10BAH! I don't think I've used my reroll this time, so rerolling the 2 to try to get at least a 4. reroll:1d6 + 8 ⇒ (1) + 8 = 9Yeah, no.
Alas, the spell disintegrates in her hand.
She then tries to see what might be coming around the bend. Casting Augury for Monsters. Theletos (TRIGGER). I suffer the Curse of Fevered Dreams. Next is Desert Trapper, then Sands of Time spell. I'll put Theletos on top, then Desert Trapper, the rest shuffle.

Start of my turn, I'm gonna try to deal with that Conflagration. Requesting Find Traps from Zarlova. Also using my Blessing of the Elements, which recharges.
Dexterity 9:1d6 + 1d6 + 2d6 ⇒ (6) + (6) + (4, 3) = 19 Conflagration banished. I get scourged. scourge:1d8 ⇒ 2 Curse of Poisoning. Apparently there was no Conflagration. So I also don't get cursed. Yay!
Then Enora explores, ready to close down this location for good. A scary looking fog comes out toward her. Discarding my Blessing of the Spellbound for a die. Requesting a blessing from Grazzle for this one. Wisdom 10:1d6 + 1d6 + 1d6 ⇒ (4) + (5) + (3) = 12
With that, Enora pricks her finger and drips some blood into a small bowl, then does an arcane ritual that seals both ends of the chasm with falling rubble. Discarding my hand to close. heals:1d4 - 1 ⇒ (1) - 1 = 0 Now that's just mean.

Nope, Blessing of the Elements only has the Basic trait, which is actually there, it just combined with the following line for some reason. No correct blessings in that set of randoms.
Unfortunately, don't have a good skill to defeat that Conflagration, so I'm just gonna try to banish the Gas. Revealing my Spellbook to add 1d4.

I'll also recharge my Byzantine Lexicon to use BoPharasma from my discards, burying it. Resuming my examination of Scorched Obelisk and it's a Rolling Sphere. UGH.
Enora dispatches of the gnoll, then flies to the obelisk and sees a huge stone sphere precariously positioned in such a way that it will begin rolling toward her if she so much as sneezes in its direction. She decides the chasm is less deadly at the moment, and flies back there.
Wand of Flying recharge Arcane 12:1d10 + 4 + 1d4 ⇒ (1) + 4 + (3) = 8 Ouch, buried.

There's no location missing, usually when the winning requirements are "close all locations", there is one fewer location on the list.
Enora will visit Agymah, but will draw her spells from the Ultimate Intrigue spell list. Anyone else that has access to Agymah can also use such spells for their trades. Below is the list of all Arcane spells of AD3 or AD4 in that deck:
1. Mistform (Spell 4)
2. Entice (Spell 5)
3. Scrying (Spell 5)
So, if one person goes there with me (likely Raheli?), we get the chance to choose from all three of those spells. :)
