9 Eyes Dragon ensorcells the fallen Dalsine's body with detect magic.

Afterwards, the oracle examines the body to insure that it is indeed the Dalsine and not an impostor disguised with a mask or other means.

9 Eyes finds that there is no map and that the Sarenites are already packing so he and presumably Harboth start searching and riffling through the room. He is pretty though but its gonna take some time.

Are you ransacking the Dawnflowers personal stuff or just looking through Akkurets stuff and the general temple?

Trifling bunch, so hesitant to heal a fallen comrade. I fear what would come of me, if I too have fallen.

Directing an answer at Ander. I smelled something different permeating the air when we first arrived here. It MUST be in the main room of the temple! But the ceilings are too high for my darkvision. Detecting that something is amiss, the oracle grabs Harboth and pulls him aside and even signals to Hiram, who has deemed himself a worthy asset to this mission. Communicating to his allies in a grave tone, he says.
I am telling you both this, because I believe that you two are proven fighters in the group. Something is off-putting about this place or them. I'm unsure exactly what is wrong!
The wood in their fire is moldy? But keep up your guard and refrain from eating any food or imbibing any drink. I suspect it has been too easy that we have made it this far. I'll inspect the food for poison and determine if there is foul magic at play here too. Warn our brothers too.

Disheartened at the pickled indecisiveness of Piria and Xene, the oracle questions to the party.
Does anyone have a clue exactly where we may be currently under the city? We need some sort of map to allay the possibility of getting lost in these catacombs. I didn't realize how expansive these passages are becoming. Please, can anyone guess where, in respect to the city above, we are?

The oracle interjects. I pride myself on my keen senses. I would like to volunteer leading this party through the catacombs. However, I would wish that I have someone to provide protection as well as be a second pair of eyes for me.
The lanky half-orc calls out to his half-orc colleague. Harboth, would you so be kind to assist me in this task? You and I did well to ready the path of escape earlier. What say you, kind sir? The oracle approaches closely to Harboth and lays his hand softly on his acquaintance's arm.

Whispering to Harboth before hearing his response.

Harboth:
Let's lead the way together, so we may control the rate of travel. We must complete our Andoran objective.

After the Mwangi transient receives Harboth's answer, the oracle rubs his fingers over a string of shrunken goblin heads worn loosely around his neck. After a thorough search of the first floor, the oracle grabs the bags of gold coins, then peers into the passageway Harboth entered. His hands are slightly encumbered by the weight of the gold coins and his heavy wooden shield. A thought briefly poses question of the gold's owner.
Muesello's? No matter, I'll keep it as the king's guard would confiscate it when they would later ransack the shop and secret room for evidence.
He approaches Harboth and prods him on his back.
Do you think there is ample light for the rest of the party to navigate these catacombs, Harboth? I don't have any light sources on my person, and my arms are currently indisposed.

Here. Follow my voice. Come this way to safety!

The oracle also hears Hiram proving himself worthy to the mission as his oratory ruse has kept the king's guard at bay.

It'll give you a unique morality hook, as well as no restrictions mechanically on what you can do (based on faith). Essentially, you're GM-disgression-proof, GM-safe, and can keep playing just like you have been. You'll be at odds with Pharasmins, but that's just RP until the Paladin with Oath against Undead walks in. Those guys are nuts, though.

Thank you, sir! I'll opt for this faith.

Bones then. Now I'll have to change skills and deity to Urgathoa. At least, I still can be a voodoo doctor and now can only control 24 HD of zombies at level 6.

Thanks, I need all the help, until I get past level 1.

I'm playing the same character with beefier stats in a RL game of "Rise of the Runelords."

I'm gonna share his back story of that character, not this one.

BACKGROUND
Born to a nomadic orc tribe of the Valashmai Jungle, his people were recovering from decades of warring with hostile neighbors.
To recuperate their numbers, his orc tribe sought refuge in new lands across large seas to the Mwangi Expanse.
Unfortunately, the orc tribe was overwhelmed by dominant Mwangi goblin tribe and the survivors were held captive subjected to
brutal beatings and sacrifice to the Wendo spirits. The oracle was sodomized at a young age by older orcish youths, primarily for being
different and construed weaker as a half-breed. Later he was raped and ridiculed after his first year of captivity.
Unscathed and resilient in spirit, a Mwangi goblin juju shaman took notice of the half-orc youth. For a short duration, the
juju priest decided to use the half-orc as an assistant. The half-breed showed great aptitude for channeling the Wendo spirits.
The juju priest showed excessive kindness to him providing his basic needs of food, healing, and learning.
After seven years, most of the orc prisoners including the half-breed were traded to a circuit of slave pit fights. The
half-orc proved himself invaluable to the slaves and patrons to the fights. The half-orc ferried the juju spirits to sustain the slaves
and provided insight of the winning fighters to betting influential patrons.
The half-orc gained popularity and rewards like a companion by the name of Janiya, an exotic dancing male vishkanya crossbreed sorceress.
For his help and advice, he earned the moniker of 9 Eyes Dragon. The number 9 bore a countenance of boundless potential.
Eyes signified foresight and intuition. Dragon resembled his rise to power and imposed fear to his rivals.
Coincidentally, he was given his freedom when a rebellion orchestrated and led by the Andoran faction freed the remaining slaves.
He ran away believing he was still a slave and lost contact with Janiya, who knew otherwise. To keep his anonymity, he prefers to
be referred by his occupation, Oracle. He remains loyal to the Andoran faction to help all slaves attain their freedom. 9 Eyes Dragon
indulges in two primary vices, sex and gambling. The oracle values freedom, in most of its forms.

It's okay. I meant Animate Dead at level 6 is still sweet. Anyhow, I like the flavor of a voodoo doctor. Not a fighter, just a supportive role until later when he's a bit of a kick ass. I didn't want to be another overpowered super fighter. I like my guy, just chill in the back and stuff. Just meant to be for role-playing. Albeit, not as much flavor as Ernest Kalthet and his pig familiar, but he's all mine.

Regardless, I will be able to control 36 HD of zombies at level 6 whether it's six 6HD zombies or one 36HD if rules permit.

Peculiar group. Thankfully, they're working as a single unit, but at what cost, these temporary diversions will draw unnecessary attention to the shopkeeper who will be charged for abetting fugitives. His actions will be deemed suspicious without persons to account for the other voices. Surely, they'll find the escape hatch. Hopefully our actions aren't made in vain.
What or who has lead the king's guard to this shop? Was Muesello under surveillance? Or is there are traitor in the midst of the cultist fugitives? Or even worse a spy within the organization of the Dawnflower Blossums?
I will find out the truth of the matter. First things first, secure escape route.

The oracle upon reaching the first floor under the ground floor searches the room for weapons, potions, and the escape passage. He will try to take point of the party to assure alternate routes of escape and detect any hazardous elements, i.e. traps, poisonous fumes, hostile sounds.
I will try to secure this bottom area and the escape tunnel too.

If the oracle has any remaining actions left, then he'll try to examine each of the cultists to determine if they are reacting or acting out of the ordinary given their present predicament.

Hey 9 Eyes, Oracles are Charisma based. Is there a reason you have an 18 Wis and 14 Cha? Do you have some funky multiclassing planned?

I just want +36 Perception at level 6. Besides, I prefer high wisdom over charisma as soon as my animate dead is in effect I'll be able to control 28 HD of zombies to fight in my stead at level 6.

(I am originally positioned behind Harboth.)

The oracle is panicky and shrewd to avoid making any indecisive mistakes. He is aware his prowess does not lie in battle but to avoid them at all costs. He witnesses the rotund wizard disappear but hears him calling to his pig companion.
Are we to retreat underground? Is there an escape route down there? I MUST BE CERTAIN.
He whispers loudly to Muesello.
What's downstairs? An escape passage? What cult members?! Muesello, may I start a fire as a diversion to re-route any pursuers? Quickly make a decision lives are at stake. Blame a fuddled candle as the source of fire, if your answer is yes.
Then the oracle relays to any remaining party members and cultists in an urgent hushed voice.
Hurry! We must escape! Where to? Move faster.

Plan A: (If Muesello agrees to fire ploy and no party member disagrees)

DM:
Move/Swift: to grab the candle and set the bales (not me) on fire.
Standard: Retreat to escape route.

Plan B: (If at least 4 party members are still on the ground floor fighting guards)

DM:
Cast Bless spell. If possible, move towards escape route first.

Plan C: (Not Plan A nor Plan B)

DM:
Move fastest and safest way to and through escape route. I'm assuming downstairs through the catacombs.

The oracle rolls his eyes.
Now? It would be appropriate the king's guard show up.
He moves away from the front door and looks for possible points of exit and entry within 30 feet.

Keeping mostly to himself and reserving his energies for the mission, the oracle makes brief acquaintance with each member learning only their names and role.

Slightly sickened from the travel to the Taldan capital, the oracle interrupts the uncouth human named Hiram.

Holding his hand up in an objectionable manner. We barely know enough about these Sarenites to pass judgment on them. Your words, Hiram, are rude and unwarranted. By your own admission, you have insulted not only this secret cult, but the individual who has employed our help. I deem this mission already at risk of failure by your conflict of interest, Hiram.

What assurance could you provide that you will not sabotage our efforts? I submit that having an agent belonging to the Taldor faction will have serious consequences to the Society resolving Muesello's problem.

Sternly the oracle stands uncomfortably close to Hiram gathering any hint of mistrust and breathing an accusation of contempt.

I also believe that you're not a complete fool, human. Why else would you divulge to us that you lay at ease with the Taldan crown?

Bard, indeed. With heavy tone of sarcastic emphasis.

The oracle turns to Muesello and asks. How would you like for us to proceed?
