Jaretti hears footsteps moving away, then hears the front door of the warehouse open. Centimere puts his nose to the ground and follows the scent of the fleeing woman into the main reception room.

Ignore my previous post. Was in a rush, and just throwing something out there. But since the party seems to really want to fight her, this is what actually happens:
As Jaretti approaches the door, he jostles into someone who's not visible and he's brought up short.
Then Jaretti hears footsteps moving away toward the storeroom.
Centimere barks as his quarry moves away, and pursues her as far as the doorway of the storeroom, where he happily tries to take a bite out your invisible enemy. Jaretti leans a little to the right and can just see a sliver of the storeroom, and indeed sees Centimere in the doorway, fighting your unseen foe. Jaretti excitedly calls out, "She's just inside the doorway of the storeroom, in front of Ankird's noble and tenacious steed."

Jaretti slips past stalwart Centimere, and attempts to lower his shoulder and charge into the room. Almost as soon as he steps in the door he rebounds off of a tree trunk of a leg: clearly the presence in the room is much larger than a mere medium-sized female human, no matter how feral she may have appeared. The only response he triggers is a bemused chuckle. Her voice sounds a bit deeper, and it seems to be coming from much higher than even the short little halfling would've expected...

Centimerebot attempts to take a bite outta crime...I mean the alchemist, but his teeth just cannot find purchase on your invisible enemy.
The party sees the trapdoor in the floor of the storeroom swing open, then hears a deep, feral female voice bellow, "You wretched creatures...we had a good thing going, and you had to come to town and ruin it all. My fool of a husband thought to use the carnival to speed up our plans to take over this town... I told him it was risky, but he wouldn't listen. Poor Borvious--tell me is he dead, or in chains? No matter. So handsome... so foolish.
"And speaking of fools. I was ready to cut my losses and flee this town--wouldn't be the first time I started over. But your wretched mutt just wouldn't leave me alone. And now, you will all pay. You may have dealt with the rest of the Gilded Hands, but now you will learn who is the true ruler of this guild...and you will rue the day!"
Suddenly, she reappears before you. She now stands nearly ten feet tall, with claws and fangs and a feral look in her eye, though still mostly human in appearance. Her empty hand is thrust forward as if she had just hurled something. A large bomb hurtles toward Dexus. You are somewhat relieved as it shrinks back to normal size in flight. But your relief is short-lived, as Dexus crumples to the ground in a fiery heap, scorched, unconscious, perhaps dying. Centimere and Rumple manage to dodge the worst of the splash from the bomb, while Jaretti evades it entirely. Aurk, horrified at seeing Dexus fall, takes the splash full in the face, and the room is suffused with the stench of burnt hair.

As per previous post, Eroil failed both primary and secondary save v inhalation poison, and will be unconscious for 1d4 hours. Struggler, on the other hand, may still have a part to play...

"Gaa!" Rumple steps into the room and reads his scroll of color spray (DC 11), hoping that it will end the battle. He aims it upward at the tall alchemist, hoping that it will pass over the dog's head harmlessly. (they don't see color anyway, right? :) )

Patting the embers still lit on his beard, he coughs some smoke out and looks at the giant that tossed a bomb at them. He then spots how hurt Dexus is and realizes he must heal him promptly. He exits the room to get to Dexus and heals him with his wand.

Ankird and Centimere attack the enlarged alchemist, but to no avail--while she she wears no apparent armor, her skin seems extremely tough, and your attacks also seem to be deflected as if by some unseen Shield. She let's out a deep, feral chuckle that sends shivers down your spines, then unleashes her attacks. She begins with the halfling's steed. With 2 efficient swipes of her claws, the dog collapses into a bloody unconscious heap. Despite the anguish at seeing his loyal steed so brutally wounded, Ankird manages to land on his feet, and evade the vile alchemist's bite attack.

Was just checking Centimere's Constitution score, and spotted Ankird has Mounted Combat. Feel Free to make a Ride check to evade one of those hits, Ankird.

I'm certainly willing to let you pick which hit you want to try and evade, but alas, you need to exceed the attack roll to be successful; tie goes to the attacker. So stalwart Centimere is indeed rendered unconscious.

I encourage some strategy discussion here, because she is quite nasty. Keep in mind, the mechanics of the door could work to your advantage: i.e. she can't full attack if you close the door, i.e. she'd have to use a move action to open it, and therefore couldn't full attack. You probably want someone immediately at the door in case she opens it, to try and keep her from chucking bombs (i.e. she may not want to provoke an attack of opportunity by using a bomb if someone's right there)--or make certain nobody is close enough to target with bombs. Also, remember you can ready actions for when the door opens--e.g. Rumple could ready to cast if the door opens...granted, Daze can only work once, but that's her losing one round. Anybody got good touch attacks (spells, alchemical weapons, etc? She has strong natural armor.

Jaretti can use Disable Device to lock the door, but it's a full-round action to do so, i.e. he can only move up and then start the process this round, or move within 5' of the door, maybe ready a range attack, then next round take a 5' step and try to lock it (DC 20 Disable Device...). I'd allow Ankird to be the one to close the door, and Aurk could move up and use CLW wand this round. (closing door is move action, so Ankird could still ready an attack if the door opens as well...):

IF Jaretti wants to try and lock the door, he moves up and maybe readies to throw a dagger? Then next round He'll try to lock it.

Ankird still finds no luck in in penetrating the woman's many layers of defense; seeing his companion laying in a heap clearly has left him somewhat disheartened.
So the doughty dwarven druid slams the door in the face of your enlarged alchemically inclined feral female of doom, then applies some healing to Centimere.
The dog groggily gets to its feet, then starts wagging his tail, 5' steps into his master's square and licks his face before Ankird mounts up.
You halfling acquisitions expert slips past all the excitement of companions reunited and puts his skills to the test. You all hear a satisfying snick as the lock settles in place.
You hear the female shake off her dazed stupor then bellow in rage, as she tries to simply throw open the door again only to discover it locked. She snarls in frustration. "You fools don't think I have the key! Where is that blasted thing?"
Due to lingering Daze effect eating up her move action, she used standard action to try and open the door...to no avail.

Jaretti scratched her with one attack thus far.
Rumple moves to the trap door in an effort to reach the unconscious Eroil.
Jaretti and Ankird quietly confer about their plan for readied attacks should the door open again, covering the party's potential route of retreat. Meanwhile Aurk moves over and heals Dexus, who staggers to his feet.
Still Disabled, so single move action to stand up. Another CLW next round should do it.
Jaretti and Ankird shift their grips on their weapons as sweat trickles down from their brows while they wait with dread-filled anticipation. They hear some movement from beyond the door, then they hear a ferocious growl from Struggler and the woman's loud exclamation, "A TIGER! What is it with you people and your stupid animal companions!" You then hear the 2 dwarven brothers bellow the Gearwright war cry. Clearly the alchemist went down the ladder only to discover the members of the party still lurking below.
