Aerys Mavato (female half-elf/U/S): Aerys is a trim, athletic woman with short dark hair, tanned skin, and fierce blue eyes. She dressed in tightly fitted leather armor and favors dark clothing and tricorn hats.
Aerys boarded the Jenivere at Port Peril, and her first hour aboard the ship got in a fistfight with of of the Jenivere's crewmen; the rumors among the guests is that the fight happened when the crewman made an ill-fated suggestion that they could share bunks. Aerys soundly humiliated the crewman in the scrap, but afterwards, the woman rarely left her cabin, only surfacing for the briefest of moments to grab some food - or more often - a drink, from the passengers' grog cask.
Alizandru Kovak (male half orc/?/?): Captain of the Jenivere, Alizandru is a wiry man, heavily tatooed man with skin as brown as an oak tree's bark and filed tusks. The captain has a reputation as a skilled and effective sailor. For those that boarded in Magnimar, they found the Kovak loquacious and true to reputation. By the time that Vorya boarded in Azir, however, the change in the captain's demeanor was a source of gossip by the passengers and crew; the Captain had become withdrawn and haunted-looking and had turned over much of the passenger relations to first mate Alton Devers.
Alton Devers (male human/?/?): First mate of the Jenivere, Alton is a barrelchested Mwangi man of middle age, who is by all appearances an able seaman. He bears a brand on his neck marking him as once-enslaved, and his gregarious nature turns reserved and distant in the presence of Lady Bellet. He stares at the woman with barely concealed antipathy. Bellet, for her part, does not seem to notice.
Gelik Aberwhinge (male gnome/U/S): Gelik is a spry, energetic gnome with blonde hair and a neat goatee. He dresses like a noble at all times. With liberal prestidigitation, his clothes always seem freshly cleaned. Only the ink stains on his fingers break the illusion of a proper gnome nobleman.
Gelik boarded the Jenivere at Magnimar. He generally spends his days abovedecks or at the passenger's table eating more food then seems possible to fit in such a small frame, where he engages anyone in conversation that is willing (and able) to listen. He is a quick-witted and eloquent speaker, though prone to making cutting remarks of others when they are out of earshot.
Ileana D'Argacy (female human/?/?): Ileana is a bookish woman with curly black hair that belies her Varisian heritage. Slight of build and with a tattoo of a multi-hued butterfly that graces her right wrist, Ileana is genial but mostly keeps to herself. She boarded the Jenivere at Magnimar, and was traveling to Sargava to study Mwangi architecture.
Ishirou (male human/U/S): Ishirou is a rugged Tian man with graying hair worn in a ponytail and a perpetual scruffy beard. His clothing and armor are all well kept and clean, but obviously of low quality.
Ishirou boarded the Jenivere at Bloodcove, and spends much of his time in the passenger lounge studying a Conqueror board (and playing anyone that shows interest). His demeanor is taciturn and dour; he has no sense of humor and rarely smiles, and seems to actively dislike Gelik Aberwhinge. He brightens up if conversation turns to the reclusive Aerys.
(the passenger in cabin 3) (?/U/S): The Jenivere docked overnight in Coentyn, and when the passengers awoke in the morning, cabin 3 was occupied and locked with a strong padlock from the outside. The Jenivere's first mate, Alton Devers held the key to the padlock, and he came and went from the room twice a day, bringing the inhabitant of cabin three breakfast and a late lunch.
Lady Amara Bellet (female human/U/S): Lady Bellet is Chelaxian woman perhaps in her 60s or 70s, though it seems as if she's had magic done to her to lessen the impact of her years. Tall, skinny, and pale, Bellet moves easily despite her age (magic again?) and seems to be a teetotaler.
Bellet boarded the Jenivere at Kintargo. She spends her time between her room and the lounge, though she rarely interacts directly with the other guests, preferring to converse with her manservant Lytte or read one of the many books she keeps in a well-constructed and iron-reinforced chest the porters struggled to bring aboard.
Lytte (male halfling/U/S): Lady Amara Bellet's manservant, Lytte is a slightly plump halfling with sandy brown hair and freckles. He flits about his master ever-attentive, and seems to anticipate her needs before she does. He deftly avoids the first mate Alton Devers.
Pilts (male human/?/?): An overweight middle-aged man with a closely-cropped gray beard and haircut, Pilts wears a perpetually strained apron and shirt befitting a ship's cook and surgeon. A gruff man who reportedly enjoys both sides of his work aboard the ship, Pilts is a decent cook. His skills with the scalpel are unclear.
Sasha Nevah (female human/I/S): Sasha has touseled red hair and mischievious green eyes, and is missing the pinky finger on her left hand. She bears a tatoo between her shoulder blades - two barbed, insectoid limbs entwined with each other. Slender and athletic, Sasha never stands still or stays quiet for long.
Sasha's optimism and easy laugh border on the manic. She brushes off Gelik's barbs and doesn't seem to stay angry for long, but she did flip the Conqueror board after one brutal loss to Ishirou.
