Strom moves to the side to keep Copperneck in between himself and Sage. His instincts had taken over but he stayed himself now, for the moment.
"Copperneck! You'll not threaten the Lady or anyone else. Now stand down, we can still end this without more killing. See reason, man. You're outnumbered and you can't win."

Prior to Strom directing Sage to attack...
"Speakin' of whom. Yer hired arms have shown up. They need te be taugh' a lesson, as well."
At that point, Strom points at him as a target for Sage to attack. When Sage starts moving to do so, initiative kicks off.
Tomorrow evening or Saturday we'll start this proper.

If she can do the spell during the same round that Strom was telling them to give up, she will. What is this room like... any possibilities of an elevated position, like a table she could stand on or anything?

You could cast gravity bow before opening the door, of course. Singing prior to entering will give away your presence, though. Half the team, i reckon, could have entered when he notices (if not singing) you and speaks of teaching you a lesson. Everything following that will be after initiative. I'll have the map up tomorrow or saturday.

The only thing that changes is that Strom doesn't say his name. Otheriwse, diplomacy attempt stands. Strom prefers to not kill whenever possible.

I missed the update Thursday
Daniel's frown deepens. It was clear even to him that the time for diplomacy was over. It was take to take up the sword.
When we first met, we let you go. We won't be making that same mistake again. And, as is his MO, Daniel charges headfirst into danger. His shield leading the way, blade resting on its side. He leads with a feint towards the red haired dwarf, before lashing out at the last second to strike the tough wearing the red bandana. He keep his shield between him and Copper-neck, sparing but a momentary glance for his strike at the tough.
attack: 1d20 + 6 + 1 ⇒ (11) + 6 + 1 = 18
damage: 1d8 + 5 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 5 + 1 = 13 Assuming Astella does as she said and starts singing. If not, 1 less to hit. Note, not actually charging. Just walked up. Attacking Red, but making a nuisance of myself whilst doing it haha.

Hearing trouble, Severa finishes untying the maid and starts rushing up the stairs. Over her shoulder, she speaks in a rushed, low voice "Should be safe to get out."

Astella moves forward with her bow out, jumps up on a piece of furniture and starts singing.
Inspire Courage up. I only have 10 rounds of it, so let's mop this up quickly. :)

Astella moves past the lounge sofas, this carpet or rug looking pretty nice, and stands in the corner. Daniel moves over and gives red a solid strike. The guy still stands firmly.

Sage goes past the guy's flank, who quickly rakes his morningstar across the floor, causing splinters and dust to fly into Sage's eyes.
Blinded 1 turn.
Hit %, 51 hits: 1d100 ⇒ 12, as Sage rapidly blinks to get the dirt out of its eyes, the bite misses.
Strom's attack comes close, and the guy just barely dodges the attack.

Ignoring the combat around her for the moment, focusing feverishly on the unconscious Robin, Lady Greenbriar puts a hand on Robin's neck to check for a pulse. She finds one, but the young woman's not doing so hot. Lady Greenbriar hastily tears off one of her sleeves that was already torn up, trying to stop the bleeding.
!st aid to stop bleeding: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (19) + 4 = 23, and she manages to do so.
Where her sleeve was, is now visible a lovely rune tattoo of a couple of roses growing on a green set of brambles.
"You filth!".... she then lets out a colorful insult in dwarven at Copperneck, that puts a blush on Brunhild's face, and makes Strom clear his throat.

Astella continues to sing while attacking again, this time shooting at light blue who is standing over Robin's (hopefully breathing?) body, trying to support Lady Greenbriar.

Piercing Damage: 2d6 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (4, 5) + 2 + 1 = 12 (inspire courage)
Again failing utterly.
She drops her shoulders, trying to bleed off the anxiety and reach the state of calm that she needs to do what needs to be done. She lets the song that she is singing flow through her, closing her eyes oh so briefly so that she can start again, and mentally reaches out to Shaymara to give her the strength that she needs.

Severa runs in, panting for breath, and tries to bring forth flashing, clashing, disorienting colors over as many enemies as she can.
Color spray. DC 16 will save negates. Fail and be stunned for one round or worse if fewer than 5 hd.

Despite the taunt, she focuses on taking down red first.

Astella continues to sing while stepping back out of reach of light blue, perching precariously on the end of the table she was on top of, heedlessly knocking knickknacks to the floor. At least she didn't feel quite so shaken. Shaymara had surely heard her...
She shoots again at close range.

I'm missing labels on the map as to who is who. The yellow token on the far left is hostile? And the red token just up and to the right one square? If so, I'll hit them. DC 16 will saves or be blinded for 3 rounds while stealth and invis are also essentially impossible to them. Repeating the will save at the end of their turns can end the blind early.
