so i need some advice/opinions about a build i'm working on.
so before i start, my GM said i could play a NG paladin who worships Caydan Cailean if i make a good case for it. also i'll be swiching form Inspired blade swashbuckler to Virtuous Bravo paladin via Story check points every so often.
so my build: Lv 4 NG Demon-Spawn Tiefling Virtuous Bravo
stats with adjustments
Str: 16-18(+2)(race)
Dex: 18-18
Con: 13-14(+1 ability increase)
Int: 16-14 (-2)(race)
Wis: 9
Cha: 16-20 (+2)(race) (+2 by switching out SLA for +2 Cha under the variant ability chart)
weapon: +1 rapier, Light crossbow, dagger
Armor: chain shirt, buckler.
magic items: Love Ring (custom GM item that gives +1 to attk/dmg)
Attack melee +11 rapier (1d6+6+4) (+4 from precise strike)
Or while smiting +16 rapier (1d6+6+4+4)
AC: 21= +4(armor)+4(dex)+1(buckler)+1(nimble)+1(natural armor)
feats: weapon finesse (class), weapon focus (rapier) (1st), combat reflexes (3rd)
traits: ship crew (i want aerobatics as a class skill, plus story reasons)
i plan on taking Divine Bond (Weapon) at lv 5 so i can make up for losing improved critical at lv 5 as a swashbuckler. i usually a on foot front liner. plus we do a lot of dungeons and have a party of 6-8 players, so a mount would slow us down.
so how does it look so far? i never really played a paladin before beside one shot campaigns. i realize i have many abilities competing for that swift action, but i think it'll be okay. i have no idea what feats to take from LV 3-Lv 20.
