At the start, no. But you never know what will play out between now and when it comes time to start building things. :)
Alright, I have no problem building a temple/cathedral to the inheritor anyway, of course I don't know how the rest of the party would react, as I noticed we have a few different religions among the party.

Rufus is actually more partial to multiple churches than monotheism anyway.
Milani doesn't have many churches...

Milani doesn't have many churches...
I just noticed, why doesn't my trait give a bonus for Milani, must be because of the alignment differences. I'll just share this little tidbit from Milani's deity entry: Iomedae and Milani were both servitors of Aroden, so Iomedae and her followers are held in the highest regard. The Inheritor herself refers to Milani as her 'sister', and she is always ready to support her should the need arise.
Aside from the fact that Milani is CG and Aroden was LN (how did she serve him if she wasn't the right alignment? Probably why the LG Iomedae is the Inheritor and Milani is only a minor goddess) Winifred would have no issues with Milani, since as I pointed out, Milani was Aroden's servitor.
Of course most of the non-evil gods get along fondly so there shouldn't be any conflicting religions, even if people look at Winnie weird because she's an Arodenite.

Castor has no issues with churches of other faiths, save for those who are all out enemies of Desna.
Also: I've put up a list of skills, languages and combat roles here. Anyone who would like edit access or point out incorrect data, please PM me. Skills, languages, and roles
Hadin, your stat block doesn't seem to specify which knowledge you have. Would you mind letting me know when you get a chance?

Your BB code is a little broken for your link, but thats easy to fix. Sheet looks very good. Will be helpful for you all when things need to break down into groups.
Winifred Lebeda
Here's everyone's religions which I stole from their pages:
Dendarial - Desna
Rufus Fitzroi - Milani
Castor Antares - Desna
Brom Wolven - Athiest
Lelouch Vi Orlovsky - Own Ideals
Sir Karse - Erastil
Theod Garess - Desna
Winifred Lebeda - Aroden
Tshilaba Vadoma - Athiest
Hadin Cassoren - Erastil
Kurgan Grimtooth - Desna
Cappi Brightonspinner - Athiest
That gives us 4x Desna, 2x Erastil, 1x Milani, 1x Aroden, and the rest don't have religions. If I missed someone's religion and marked them as Athiest, I apologize, I just text searched deity to see if that slot was filled.
Irnk, Dead-Eye's Prodigal
I think its funny that both paladins are followers of Erastil. Not a common deity for paladins, but thats the one I have for my paladin in Jade Regent.
Lots of Desna, which isn't that uncommon really. And an unusually high amount of potential converts, I mean atheists.
Funny ol' world innit?

Been getting everyone updated to HeroLab files so I can import into the wiki, and I have a few issues with some of the conversions so far. Need each of you to take a look at these if you are mentioned and let me know how you are going to resolve:
Brom:
- Too much GP in starting gear. Your armor, hammer, and axe alone are 148GP. You have a lot of additional equipment that goes beyond the starting amount. You definitely dont have 32GP left.
- You still have an unspent skill point. I show 4 skills out of 5 purchased.
Cappi:
-Invalid archtype selection. Both Knife Fighter and Filcher trade off Trap Sense. You can't pick 2 archtypes that get rid of the same class ability. One will have to go.
-Need to know your other starting languages (You have 2 extra for INT)
-Need your gear purchases besides weapons and armor
Tshilaba
-Need to completely rework your gear. You have a MWK staff (600gp) and a load of scrolls. You are not allowed to start with anything other than mundane gear. You can buy scrolls later when you have access to them.
-Need to know which skill Pioneer applies to
Dendarial
-Same as above, check your gear for total value. No cold iron equipment yet.
Castor
-You have an unused skill point
-You have Skill Focus as a half-elf, but you don't have it on your character.
Lelouch
-You have two unspent skill points
-Need to know what skill your trait Noble Born applies to
-Need to select a weapon for your faith
-Need your equipment, all you have is a chain shirt.
Thanks to GM Dak for helping me with this while I work on the wiki portion. It is a lot to go through and get ready.

Ok, a few other things while we clear up the minor mechanics issues before the game.
Gameplay begins tomorrow, June 24th.
- I need to know who, if anyone, is planning on having their characters start together. It is not needed, as I have a plan for everyone to be brought together, but if you had a plan for this, let me know asap. Just because you know a character via background details, you don't have to start with them if it doesn't make sense to.
- Make sure you have checked in, created an alias, and repaired any issues prior to tomorrow at midday. If people haven't checked in by then it will start phase one of replacements. I wasn't kidding when I said you needed to be a daily poster. That means a minimum of 1 post per day, minus weekends which I am more relaxed on. If you haven't checked in by tomorrow, you went two days since the announcements were made without posting. So far by my count we still have a few people who haven't popped in yet. One or two that haven't created completed aliases. Let's get cracking!
- I will be tapping each of you individually for introductions. When you are tapped (sent a PM on these boards), it will be your turn to post in the gameplay section of this thread. Once you have made your introduction post you are free to post from that point forward. Until you are tapped please do not post in gameplay.

Woops. Readded the Spellcraft I had removed by mistake, and filled in the Racial Traits section I'd forgotten, revealing the Ancestral Arms alternate racial trait as the reason I don't have Skill Focus.
Castor will be arriving alone.
Got it. I'll update what I have and get your character up on the wiki shortly.
GM Captain Trips
Guess everything checks out with my character?
Winifred doesn't know anyone else in the party and I have nothing planned, so I'm fine with whatever your plan for everyone is at this point.
Working on yours as we speak. What are your traits? I know one is Noble Born, dont see the other.
Winifred Lebeda
Faithfun Arodenite I had them on the character sheet under character traits.
Brom Wolven
I am shocked and appalled and shall fix my goof asap.
Lelouch Vi Orlovsky
I wasn't aware Clerics of own ideals could choose a weapon of faith, but if that's the case, a Light Crossbow will do. :)
As for gear, I wanted a light Crossbow but am 7gp short, so I've given him a bedroll, blanket, some rations and a waterskin.
I've also given him a rank in Knowledge History and Perception. :)
I've bolded Diplomacy in my Noble Born trait, as that's what it's applied to. Sorry for not stating. :)
As for coming in with people, I'm pretty sure considering his backstory, Lelouch would enter alone.
Also, maybe I'm going mad, but I read somewhere the relations between Brevoy Nobility and now I can't find it anywhere, but from what I recall Orlovsky's have some kind if disliking for House Lebeda and House Surtova.
Edit: Found it
Garess - GOOD. Lord Howlan and our house share several relatives. The Lord is a respectable man and shares much of our same mores. A pity that he backs Surtova so firmly.
Lebeda - BAD. Opportunists who snubbed Lord Howlan and who are scrimping at the scraps that House Surtova deigns to give them. Unworthy of respect.Lodovka - AVERAGE. Scoundrels, but they tend not to bother our interests.
Medvyed - GOOD. Honorable people of the forest.
Restov - AVERAGE. Fiercely independent people; generally a bunch of flashy swindlers who are not to be trusted, but their resilience is to be admired.
Surtova- POOR. Our refusal to swear to the King has been trying his, but especially his Queen and Lord Domani's patience.

Alright, my Mother is going to be needing to borrow my Laptop for a few days, so my posting will, unfortunately, be erratic for that time period. If I haven't normalized by Friday, I will let you know Captain.
I'm fine with Rufus only meeting the other PC's for the first time in-game.

Updated with Castor and Lelouch's new skills.
I notice that no one has Use Magic Device... Hm.

Thats fine. As long as someone gives a notice I don't have a problem with absence. I'd just like the courtesy of knowing.
I can bring you in when you return, you just might miss a little bit of the fun.

I want to toss something out, as I've had a few comments about the topic.
I fully expect you all to work as a team, get along, and avoid drama. The one thing I won't tolerate is players ruining another players enjoyment of the game or making it difficult for them. We are all here to have fun, and that doesn't mean at the expense of others. While I'm fine with the occasional quip between characters, which is bound to happen, I'm not ok with prolonged issues in a team that is supposed to work together. You don't have to play the lovable halfling that everyone adores, but don't be a jerk either.
I'm a no nonsense GM. I don't put up with shenanigans at other player's expense. I will not hesitate to replace someone if I catch a whiff of them being the butthead no one likes.
There are no warnings. We are all adults here. If I am mistaken, let me know.
If you cross the line, you already knew you were doing it.

Link to source material for House relations.
That's a wiki for a kingmaker game that someone is running, much like the one that the good captain is setting up, additionally I'm pretty sure that's the relations between the NPC noble houses, and would not necessarily follow over to PCs. However, Winifred doesn't have a signet ring, so beyond wearing noble clothes and possibly the colors of the Lebeda family, she wouldn't have a crest on her anywhere. So while your character may not get along with the Lebeda house because of Lebeda trying to cozy up to Surtova by marrying off an heir to the Surtova royals, Winifred isn't noticeably Lebeda until she introduces herself. Of course if you wanted to get into house politics, a Lebeda would bring up that Elanna Lebeda wouldn't have been offered to the Surtovas if Garess hadn't broken off her prior engagement.
The house relations information on that wiki isn't something that players are supposed to be privy to I believe (at least not at first), and since the PCs aren't exactly high ranking nobles they might not even partake in the petty squabbles, Winifred for one cares more about finding the information she thinks is in the stolen land.

Very well put.

Hey I tried and tried and tried to figure out where that 5th skill point was coming from and couldn't figure out why I don't just get 4. I must've spent like 3 minutes on it. So... can you help me out there?
Winifred Lebeda
Quote:Skills: Humans gain an additional skill rank at first level and one additional rank whenever they gain a level. There you go. :P
It's nice to be a human. Fast Learner makes it even nicer, but I think I'm the only one who gets +1 HP and +1 Skill Point as a favored bonus.
Castor Antares
I was wondering, after checking for Brom's skills re: 5 points.
Captain Trips, did you account for the extra 100gp from his character trait in:
Too much GP in starting gear. Your armor, hammer, and axe alone are 148GP. You have a lot of additional equipment that goes beyond the starting amount. You definitely dont have 32GP left.
I could be wrong, but his gear does seem like it could fit in 250 gp
GM Captain Trips
Another pass of characters done, and a bunch posted up to the wiki
More Comments:
- Lelouch: You cannot have "your eyes" as your divine focus. It must be something that can be held in your free hand. A trinket, book, seal or crest, whatever it might be. The mechanics of casting work in such a way that you can't shoot enchanting rays of command from your eyes, it would be unfair to every other caster out there who has to use a focus, free hand, etc. The item must be in your inventory and paid for out of your starting wealth. If taken away from you, you lose the ability to cast any spell that requires that focus.

LOL, AHA! I have been bested. No, I did not take that into account because stupid HeroLabs doesn't automatically add that to your wealth. Shame on me for using the software as a crutch to check for mechanics issues. Touche!
Brom: Carry on! After you spend your skill point somewhere!

Note that however for 100 gold you could have a tattoo on your eyelids that acts as a divine focus, but then you'd have to close your eyes to activate anything that requires the foci.

Cap, I can provide you the .por for Sir Karse if you need it. I have all the HL data files for PathFinder.
GM Captain Trips
Will we be allowed to edit our own character page on the wiki, by the way? (To keep things up to date and such.)
Most likely, yes. Either that or I will update them as we level with the required changes. I like to keep a HeroLabs file for all players in my longer term campaigns. That way I can refer to them as needed and update them at level up.

There is also a faith trait which is specifically called out as giving you a birthmark which you can use as a divine focus for spells. Depending on if you want to switch one of your traits out for it.
Castor Antares
Here it is, for exact reference.
Birthmark
You were born with a strange birthmark that looks very similar to the holy symbol of the god you chose to worship later in life.Benefit: This birthmark can serve you as a divine focus for casting spells, and you gain a +2 trait bonus on all saving throws against charm and compulsion effects.
... I ought to tone down my posting a little. I'm almost flooding this place.
Lelouch Vi Orlovsky
Hmm, it was just flavouring and like anything else, can easily be prevented.
For example, someone with a weapon or item as a divine focus can no longer use their powers if their focus is destroyed. If your eyes are your focus, blinding does the same thing, only with more penalties because you can no longer see.
I don't like sticking to usual concepts. I like to keep things unique and his power is within his family genetics in my head, which is why his power source was meant to be his eyes. They were for his father too, and a trait allows you to have a birthmark (the birthmark trait) as a Divine Focus, so I really didn't think it was a big deal.
Tshilaba Vadoma
Tshilaba Vadoma- I pronounce the first three letters like the end of the word Catch. After that it's relatively easy. Since people do have a bit of a problem pronoouncing it, he does allow people to shorten it to "Vado" although he preferrs "Uncle Vado". No, his voice doesn't sound like James Earl Jones.
@Captain- His +1 from pioneer goes to Perception, sorry I didn't make that clear. I'll nix the scrolls from his inventory and keep the gold. Sorry about that. My home game allows us to purchase anything with our starting equipment, including crafting things ahead of time. I'll just see what I can buy later. His masterwork quarterstaff is his Arcane Bond. I understand that Bonded Objects are of masterwork quality, although I may have been under the assumption that staves and quarterstaves are the same thing or could be used for the same purpose.
Man, this is going to be a lively group! There were certainly a ton of posts by the time I got to this today!
Tshilaba Vadoma
Castor, nice list.
You might want to put an X in my column for Profession, since I have a +3 modifier in every one due to my Breadth of Experience feat. Also, Tshilaba is a Polytheist, as he venerates whomever is convenient without favoring anyone in particular. Anyone remotely nice anyway...
Brom Wolven
Fixed the skill point, yay for humanity! While its nice to know I can leave it as chainmail, I did notice that similar strength armor exists in Ultimate Equipment. My hands are slightly tied as Im posting from my phone (grrrr) but is the new stuff ok?
Also, yeah this is a lot for a Sunday. Its like were all excited to play or something! :-)
EDIT: Lamellar is the armor I noticed in there.
EDIT#2: I just realized Lamellar is Eastern armor, and I believe there was already a notice that such foreign things weren't allowed. NM on my question.
