Extra feats are possible if you find the right tome, or special location with the right ritual, or personal prowess (nudge ideas of feats into my mind and they may come to fruition.)

You may take up to two drawbacks for two extra traits.

campaign traits:

Aberrant Dragonmarked - You manifested a dragonmark, though not associated with or a recognized member of one of the dragonmarked families. Typically hunted for it if ever uncovered. Randomly one of the abilities that follows you gain and usable once per day: burning hands, cause fear, charm person, chill touch, detect secret doors, feather fall, inflict light wounds, jump, light, pass without trace, produce flame, shield, tenser's floating disc.

Dragonmarked - you are dragonmarked and come from one of the houses. Come up with a reason you were ousted from your House.

Favored in House - House Member (Magic, Race, Social)
Whether or not you are an active member you can trace your heritage to one of the dragonmarked houses, and its blood flows particularly strong in your veins.
Prerequisites: Member of a dragonmarked race.
Benefit: You may call on favors in your house. In addition you gain a +2 bonus on Use Magic Device checks made to emulate knowledge of a spell granted by your chosen dragonmark.
Background: You are on a mission for your house. You are secretly dishonored to gain reputation to help you learn what has gone on, to see if the underground society knows of the mourning.
Extra: You may sacrifice a feat to gain a dragonmark as well.

Veteran of the Last War (Social)
You have been hardened by the horrors of the Last War.
Benefit: You gain a +1 trait bonus on Intimidate checks and saving throws against fear.
Background hook: you have been hired to learn more about the Mourning, your employers know you know much about Cyre and think you may be a good source to find out more.

The day of Mourning has recently happened and hordes of refugees have poured out of Cyre.

Only recently has Sharn been hit by something akin to that an earthquake that perhaps loosened Sharn's footing.

The heroes know the truth for they were teleported to a strange different place than they thought, they awakened and released the Lady of Plagues. Do they now follow in her steps to work for her, or will they be the guiding light out of these horrible times?

They have set off to Xendrick to search for a stolen book of power and the one who stole it.

The group traveled by Skyship, Cyre's Hope captained by Capt Jorvis, to reach Stormreach. One of the few cities to thrive on the borders of Xendrick.

Harash charging them with the mission:

Harash hears the noise and while looking at Cil waves his hand. Five gnolls move from his position to the area of noise. He then looks at Cil and Saronis and says I need you and friends to go to Xen’drik, to retrive an item for us. Cavallah has taken a spell book that the Sisters had just received from that area of the world. Cavallah and her associates have left already and I am assuming that Uldor is with her. I don’t know why Cavallah would leave our happy family. She has been serving the Sisters longer than I have and the Sisters want an explanation of why Cavallah would leave. Outside of returning the spellbook and getting the why Cavallah does not need to be alive. We have reason to suspect that this disaster here and Cavallah leaving are connected. I believe Cavallah is heading for excavation in Xendrick called Korromar. The site is believed to be a holy site from the Giant Empire from the days of old. House Kundarak is charge of the site and we have some good relationships with them. Of course we are using human agents to represent us. I need you to collect up your fellows and leave as soon you can. I have made arrangements with House Lyrandar for you to depart tonight. Place purchase what you need and I will meet you tonight at the docks. Harash finishes speaking and then turns to Saronis Do you have any questions?

I will have your friends here give you the details. Yes dear Cleric I am your employer I need you to assist your group here. I will double the payment that Uldor promised you. Also to answer your question Saronis the dock is called the 'jaded gnome' . Also Cil I want you to e the leader of the group. Here is coin that will allow to communiate with day or night and across great distances. Harash hands Cil a coin from Hose Orien.

Payment for bodyguards:
The 1/4 down for your contracts of protection are in the form of letters of writ bank notes. 250 gp for each writ in the name and professions of Quantos, Tourmaline, Jake Cassard, and Zehameti Helix. He presents a small strong box of iron with a thud on the ground. He unlocks it with a key and offers up the writs for inspection. Once all is in order, he collects the writs, puts them in the strong box, locks it and offers the key to the group. Once someone takes it he heads out.I sure hope one of you puts this in your chracter sheet. The box is 30 lbs.
