Burning Tags
When an ability or circumstance makes a player burn a tag, the tag is temporarily disabled and cannot be used to the player's benefit or weakness. There should be a narrative reason for the tag to not apply whether the character has changed or the circumstance has changed.
*Perhaps the tag Old Pick-up Truck has been towed and can't be reclaimed for a while.
*Maybe the tag Blends with the Shadows doesn't apply when the city is completely blacked out.

To regain a burnt tag, the most common way is during the move Montage: Downtime which represents the time you take to get it back.

Statuses
While tags are the qualities of certain objects or characters, statuses represent the condition of being. These are almost always negative and can range from physical, social, psychological, supernatural, and combat situational.

When applying statuses to rolls, only the highest applicable status applies.

A status can range from tier 1 - 6, each level representing the negative penalty to rolls they apply to. However, at tier 5 the object or character with the status is "defeated or incapacitated" in some manner and cannot perform actions or moves that would invoke the status at all. At tier 6, the status is permanent and the character is dead or might as well be.

Juice
This resource allows you to create and remove story tags, give and remove statuses, and burn other players tags, giving you immense freedom to use your character’s abilities creatively, However, these changes must make sense within your character's capabilities

Possible uses include:
Create a New Story Tag: bring a temporary story tag into reality that would make sense for the situation.
*create a slippery floor by breaking open a box of marbles in the marble company
*use your weather powers to cause a sudden heatwave to clear an area.
Burn a Story Tag: get rid of temporary or ongoing story tag
*trick the FBI on scene into leaving
*remove a knife from a mugger's hand by electrocuting it.
Inflict a Status: you may inflict a status with a tier equal to the amount of juice you spend
Reduce a Status: You may reduce a current status by the amount of tiers you spend.

Attention
This is the representation of your character's growth. Each Theme your character has has the capacity to change and grow, and by earning three attention points to a single theme, you reset the track and choose an improvement.

-To Gain Attention-
Invoke a weakness, or have one invoked against you.
Spend some Downtime on it.
When you find answers to the mystery of a theme, or sacrifice to maintain an identity of a theme.

-Improvements-
Choose a new power tag.
Add, remove, or rewrite a weakness tag.
Choose a unique theme improvement.
Reset Fade or Crack for that theme.

Fade and Crack
First things first, this is not a bad thing. It represents the change that a character goes through as their focus eventually changes.
