The Protagonists

- Murob Dara Gash, NG female half-orc expert 1/witch (hedge witch) 3 [hp 27/27]
The child of a willing cross-species union, Murob learned herbalism and witchcraft from her mother. A lifetime of racism has driven her to create her own space that her family can live in.

- Ehiz Bor'Dari, NG male Andoran human expert 1/cleric of Erastil 3 [hp 31/31]
A country farmer from Andoran, Ehiz went adrift after the loss of his family during a plague. Now, he looks for the chance to spread his god's favor in a new life for himself.

- Sulan Kator, CN male half-orc warrior 1/druid (goliath druid) 3 [hp 32/39, 5 NL damage]
Originally a desert-dwelling Azathoth worshiper, Sulan was driven out of his tribe. He joined the expedition in what he saw was a matter of necessity.

- Victor Cassius, NG male kitsune aristocrat 1/soulknife (nimble blade) 3 [hp 10/35]
A kitsune from a wealthy family in Magnimar, he sailed across the sea to establish a new place for his people to live.

- Fa'Zakar, CG male human adept 1/rogue (unchained) 3 [hp 24/24]
An herbalist when he was young, he became a thief during a rough period in his life. He took a chance on leaving that life behind in order to start a new life.

- Gwen Portrow, N female human expert 1/soulknife 3 [hp 29/33]
A poor freeholder from Avistan, Gwen joined the expedition with her husband and her sister's family. Though her husband is missing, she isn't totally broken up by it.

First Landing is a very small settlement currently which is barely getting by. A handful of log houses built on a well-chosen natural bay, First Landing would seem to be an ideal place for swift growth. Beautiful sunsets and the nearby Jungle of Spirits mark the place as one of great natural beauty. However, there is currently no way to expand the town or properly feed everybody due to a few great disasters.

The occasional person staggers in from the coast, another shipwreck victim, to add to the city's population.

Allies, Friends, Acquaintances and Rivals:
- Mogwai, a democratic and hopeful goblin who wants to see his people see a happier future than they do in Avistan. He is protective, loyal, and fierce.

- Sorala, a former knight from Irrisen who ran away from home. She is uncompromising, but brave and competent.

- Yosiah, a native Arcadian from the highly religious nation of Kansai. A holy knight of the god of prosperity, he has a wife and children back home.

- Karzok, a half-orc with a murdered family and a vengeance complex.

- Elizabeth Lebeda, a Brevic aristocrat and knight-errant who survived the crash of the Marie Celeste. Uptight and stiff, Elizabeth is also a brave fighter and knight.

- Arven, a young human man acquainted with Ehiz. Armed with only a small inheritance and his naivete, he's looking to make his own fortune.

- Bokken, an older human. He appears to be an alcoholic vagrant. He has set up his own potion shop in the settlement, revealing himself to be adept at alchemy.

Enemies

- Out on the Arcadian ocean is a group of gillman slavers who are believed to have caused the storm which shipwrecked the group and taken many of the colonists as captives.
