Lecian was born and raised in the town of Sandpoint, south of Riddleport. He left his hometown to foster his scholarly lifestyle, and now resides in the city of Cyphers. Fiercely opposed to the law, Lecian also leads an underground life, aiding a loose group of liberators by serving as a source of information and research. He's now responded to the call for researchers to determine the cause and nature of the shadow of the sky, and this is where his immediate attention lies.

Lecian is naturally wary of others and of their intentions, even if only when aware of their presence. He's dedicated to seeking out the truth about everything around him, as well as exposing deceit brought about by government and criminals. His magical studies are a reflection of this, as he's specialized in divination while tending to stay away from magic that relies on illusions and mind-control.
