Description

Alzir is a cross between the laughing buddha (Budai) and Baron Vladimir Harkonnen from Dune.

Personality

Alzir is egotistical, surly, obnoxious, cunning, viscous and mean. He gave up trying to explain his mighty mind to others around the age of 5 and generally finds people slow witted and annoying unless they're buying him beers.

His only saving grace is his tolerance of children who in turn seem to look beyond his grotesque physical form and treat him like a novelty toy. He is of the general opinion that society messes with people's heads but claims he's not being paid enough to fix it.

Hobbies
Drinking, shouting at poor people, leering at women, covertly being nice to children. When not on the road searching for arcane power Alzir enjoys sitting in the park, enjoying the peace and quiet, idly incinerating rodents.

His favourite pie filling is Steak and Ale. He hates tomatoes.

    Versatile Evocation (Su): When you cast an evocation spell that does acid, cold, electricity, or fire damage, you may change the damage dealt to one of the other four energy types. This changes the descriptor of the spell to match the new energy type. Any non-damaging effects remain unchanged unless the new energy type invalidates them (an ice storm that deals fire damage might still provide a penalty on Perception checks due to smoke, but it would not create difficult terrain). Such effects are subject to GM discretion. You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Intelligence modifier.

    Heart of the Streets: Humans from bustling cities are skilled with crowds. They gain a +1 bonus on Reflex saves and a +1 dodge bonus to armor Class when adjacent to at least two other allies. Crowds do not count as difficult terrain for them. This racial trait replaces the skilled racial trait.
