About Abrielle

Background:

Abrielle used to be a little less rigid in her youth. She was carefree with very little regard for law or structure. But when she got into some real trouble, her older brother stepped up to take the blame. A prank that kills someone isn't taken lightly, and her brother paid the ultimate price for his sacrifice.

It's been nearly 60 years since her brother's execution for her crimes, and Abrielle has never really been the same since. She turned over a new leaf after the incident and clings to the concepts of law and structure to guide her actions in hopes of preventing harm from every happening again on account of her actions. To say she's emotionally closed off would be a grotesque understatement.

Religion became her security blanket against her past and she swaddled herself in the teachings of Iomedae; the favored deity of her late brother. Her brother had been a Paladins of Imodemae, a crusader of law and justice, and though she was not built for that exact line of work she did pick up the mantle in her own way.

Casting, particularly divine casting, was a valuable asset in Kenabres and one that wasn't put to waste. She had enough skill with a sword to hold her own in the field, sure, but she really shined in the back lines, keeping the crusaders up and on their feet to fight the abyssal taint of the Worldwound another day.

Appearance:

Blue hair and bright purple eyes stand in stark contrast to nearly milk white pale skin. Such striking features often cause others to do a double take, though she claims she uses dye to get such vibrant locks.

She has a clear preference for darker clothes, usually simply opting to wear black. In a place like the Worldwound, wearing white with shining armor just feels like painting a big target on your head...
