Well, we now know this isn't a Thunderstone, unless they've come up with another name for it that isn't between Thieves Tools and Tinderbox.
We got 1 of these items in Preview #1, and 3 of them in Preview #2.
And there's always a chance that the artwork was either rejected or decided to be included in a different series.
