| This event, near Chester in north-west England, is the first joint gaming weekend between Deeside Defenders and Chester Games Club. It follows the model of previous gaming weekends run by at the Deeside Defenders, but with the important addition of RPGs (including Pathfinder Society organised play), a Magic: The Gathering tournament, and euro-style board games.
Venue
The venue is the spacious Airbus Dining Hall, above the Wings Social Club on the Airbus site in Broughton, Chester. Use postcode CH4 0DR for sat nav; detailed directions can be found here.
Public Transport
For those travelling by public transport, the recommended option for most is to travel to Chester by train, then use bus services to Broughton. Buses are frequent, even at weekends, and take 15-20 minutes. For journey planning, use Traveline Cymru with 'Chester Rail Station' and 'Broughton, Airbus' as the start and end points.
Pricing
Entry fee for all attendees is £2 for one day, £3 for the whole weekend.
