December and January’s Top Performers

Titles are ranked by an average of units sold and revenue earned and presented in alphabetical order. Asterisks indicate titles that are appearing on this list for the first time. Congratulations to all the top performers, especially “Team+” and “Team Index” (I made up that second one), whose products absolutely swept the competition this month! Keep up the great work.

Everything Shields (P2)
Take your shields to the next level! With the Everything Shields Pathfinder Second Edition supplement, you can create hundreds of customized shields and shield-focused characters. Do you want to play a swashbuckling, targe-wielding duelist whose shield can exude darkness on command when you get in a pinch? Or a mobile warrior who throws a mithral hoplon that returns after each attack? How about a witch who has etched a hex onto the face of their shield to make enemies falter when they attack? All of these options and many more are possible with Everything Shields!

Impossible Lands+ (P2)*
Where magic is mundane, where mutants roam, where the fey walk among men… the Impossible Lands are a region ripe with adventure. In this book, you’ll be able to choose dozens of new options to create the perfect character for these amazing settings, expanding on the stories told in Pathfinder Lost Omens Impossible Lands! Dare to do the impossible in this vanilla+ rulebook with more mechanics, more adventures, and more tales to be told by the creators of the Classes+ series. The villagers do their best to celebrate the evening with candles and hearts alight, providing refuge for you and your party among warm fire and company. However, despite the festivities, something darker than the night itself seems to loom ominously over the evening, and the festivities are soon interrupted by corrupted beings of unknown origin. You must venture against the coming storm and growing darkness to save the people of Tahm's Praerie from the unspeakable evils of Krampus and his dastardly minions. This is a pay-what-you-want product.

Infinite, the OGL, and You

Both Paizo and DriveThruRPG have received a lot of questions in the last month, mostly about how potential changes to the Open Game License might affect the Infinite marketplaces. I wanted to take this opportunity to address these both for creators and consumers.

There have been no changes to the Open Game License, and creators can continue to publish material on Pathfinder and Starfinder Infinite under OGL version 1.0a, as has always been the case.

At some point in the future, Paizo will transition to publishing under the forthcoming Open RPG Creative license (ORC) being developed by Azora Law. At that time, we may require publishers on Pathfinder and Starfinder Infinite to do the same but will provide notice and guidance to the community when we have more information.

In the meantime, it’s business as usual.

As the Pathfinder and Starfinder player bases grow in the light of renewed interests in the brands, community content programs like Infinite are going to be that much more important. We can’t wait to see what amazing content you all come up with.

Apologies we were unable to get the descriptions updated in time but Clerics+ and Impossible Lands+ have Foundry Modules, Pathbuilder2e, and Wanderer's Guide support (authors page).

Anyone looking to try a free adventure, I highly encourage The Longnight Before Krampus which also has a foundry module included!

Great job everyone!

If I can humbly make a suggestion: it kind of stings that there's no Starfinder in the top sellers, but when you click on the blog's link to Starfinder Infinite and it takes you the default SF Infinite landing page, with a bunch of very much not Starfinder content in the top carousels, it's sort of an insult-to-injury feeling. (I know it happens because both ____finder pages share the same carousel of "latest community creations," and PF2 outnumbers SF, but - the point still stands.)

Especially for marketing blogs, how about if you instead linked to Starfinder Infinite using the "Starfinder Infinite only" filter, so people can see actual SF content on the SF Infinite landing page?

Good feedback. Gives me some ideas. Thanks.

While I love the features, I'll echo the call to have a little Starfinder every now and then.
