Dogs are amazing. And the kindest souls in the world. My frien's girlfriend dumped him (some years ago) and he was sitting on a bench, crying when this stray approached him and started licking his hand until he felt better. Then it spent the day with him. Now we call it Mulder and it's a fixture on one of my friends' couches.

Hey, Cal.
You mentioned having lots of Mutants and Masterminds stuff and feeling excited a bit about it, but your group not wanting to do other-than-Pathfinder games because of limited play time availability.
May I suggest you work on a M&M campaign and set up a weekly Traipse/OpenRPG or Maptools or similar internet-based campaign? Provided you have a means of hour-long internet connection, these free platforms always have players looking for M&M games. Many of them are able and willing to use Skype or Teamspeak as well, if you prefer a more audibly social interaction, but some have restrictions (microphone availability, deafness, etc)
Switching game systems and settings can re-spark the imaginative circuit breakers and get you going again. I've "met" many gamers over these platforms in similar circumstances to yours and OpenRPG/Traipse in particular has a "community" feel, with many people hanging out in the larger servers' lobbies just chatting and/or waiting for an opportunity to play.
