Holy moly, the Treachery Demon is enormous.
Try as I might, I'm just not able to spot the final mystery member of the set.
Some of those are Big (looking at you Treachery Demon, Kuchrima...)
Can anyone see what the remaining mini is from this?
Not very easily with this resolution. Although I do like the chance to compare sizes for everything. That demon is simply enormous. And it really puts the Black Dragon in perspective as well, as it doesn't match up with other huge minis. Makes me wonder if it had started as a large first.
All I have to say about the Treachery Demon is "We're going to need a bigger box!". The stone giants and ogres seem nicely sized as well.
I'm going to guess it's a Shining Child from page 245 of the Bestiary 2 standing in front of the large red dragon top shelf, right.

I suspect most people have gone from registration to their first event. We're likely to get some good stuff as session finish, leading into 1pm Pacific.

I'd also like to add that OMG that Karzoug statue is huge! I'd also like to point out that OMFG that Rune Giant is gargantuan! It's awesome to see the size comparison that we really couldn't see in the blogs.
