Make sure it's the original publication release; the "uncut and unedited" version just isn't as good, imo; and the "hey, Rube!" call I know fer shur is in the original publication version.
:)

It's the uncut, unedited, text as originally envisioned by Heinlein. As I recall, the word count was excessive something like 200,000+ and the publisher made him cut it. Another SciFi author, who's name escapes me, helped him work the original manuscript down to something like 150,000. I've always meant to read the original text, but until recently, never had a copy.
But then again, maybe "I am but an egg" ;-)

Bob -- may I call you Bob? Mister Jonquet:
I adore Heinlein, been reading his stuff since I was a kid (Tunnel in the Sky @ 8 years old). But, however, comma... I've read both versions of Stranger in a Strange Land, and, well... Sometimes the editor is right.
I wouldn't say 'don't read it' if you're looking to enjoy Heinlein's vision of the story. I just found it a little disappointing, as the job he did cutting it down was masterful, and didn't cause the tale to lose anything (imo).
I wish you well of the uncut version; let me know how you feel it compares to the first published version!

Since masks and hats both occupt the 'head' slot in Pathfinder, can a mask be worn, instead of a hat?
If the answer to the previous question is yes, and t he mask in question is of an particular person (whether real or fictional), will the wearer be required to speak, at least partially, in quotes from the person who's likeness they are using?
So, if I wear a Vader mask, do I have to speak in Vader quotes? I could probably pull it off, but doing the mission briefing at the beginning might be a bit difficult.
Does a GM have to wear the hat/mask associated with the player they are going to give GM credit to while running the session, or do they have to have a special 'GM hat/mask/puppy'?

"Hey, Rube"?
Man, it's too bad you gave up the sauce. I think I'd enjoy enjoying a pint with you at Gen Con.
